4th Annual Voiceover Conference; VO Atlanta 2016

Each March, VoiceoverCity, LLC puts together the Premier Voiceover Conference of the year. Since 2013, the conference has grown significantly while attracting attention from all corners of the globe. The 2015 conference attracted attendees from more than 15 countries and 27 different states. Each attendee spent time connecting with each other through direct networking, various breakout sessions, and panel discussions. This is THE Voiceover Event of the Year! The event is designed to bring voice-talent together for an exciting weekend of learning, growth, and networking. With several of the most well-known VO professionals in the United States, VO Atlanta has proven to be a standout among any events in the industry. With the 2016 conference, we will be adding new and more diverse options for our exhibit hall in hopes of providing additional options and services to our attendees. Our package options include a variety of sponsorship levels starting at just $1,800 dollars. Exhibit only options are available for as little as $500. We view our sponsors and exhibitors as partners. With that, we work with you to determine your exact goals for being involved with the conference and try to customize options and actions that help achieve those goals. Your success is our success. Ultimately, it's our attendees that win, either way.

VO Atlanta is your “Voiceover Engagement for 2016”. Held at the HILTON Atlanta Airport in beautiful Atlanta, Georgia, it’s your chance to ramp up your market presence and directly reach the voiceover community. Spend four days with several hundred members of the voiceover community as they learn, grow, and explore what the industry has to offer.

VO Atlanta just would not be possible without the help and partnership of our volunteers, speakers and of course each of our sponsors. Every year we look for engaging partners who want to help us create a unique experience for all of our attendees while fun at one of the best cities in the United States. Unlike other conferences we don’t just pack in the sessions. We include many networking and social opportunities for attendees to connect. This year, we will use technology to better connect our sponsors to every attendee. Through our mobile app and integrated website, we easily allow attendees to connect with each sponsor before and during the conference.

All attendees where a lanyard around their neck to hold their badge.

Conference Pens

Each VO Atlanta attendee will receive a pen with their show back

and neck wallet. Pens will also be available in sessions and

breakouts throughout the conference. Keep your name and brand

in front of attendees at the conference and when they leave. Pens

have one of the longest lifespans of any promotional product due to

their functionality and usefulness.

All attendees will be given a bag to hold their swag in. Your logo

Conference Opening Reception

As one of the most prominent opportunities at VO Atlanta, the

opening reception is attendee’s first contact with the

Lunch during VO Atlanta is a very BIG deal. Our lunches are

served in the Promenade area of the hotel and can

accommodate additional signage with your company brand.

Attendees are encouraged to network and introduce

themselves during lunch sessions. Sponsors for these

sessions will have tent cards placed on lunch tables to identify

them as the sponsor as well as being listed on meal tickets as

the lunch sponsor.

National Meetup Event LIVE (Live Streaming Event)

This sponsorship entitles your organization to be the premier

sponsor of our Livestream event Thursday night, March 3rd from

8:30pm – 10:30pm. This has long been one of the most exciting

times of the conference as presenters and special guest are

interviewed LIVE in front of the local attendees and internet

audience. Professional Video Services have been contracted for

these services.

VO Atlanta TEAM CHALLENGE

Nothing helps build community like taking on a challenge together.

The VO Atlanta TEAM CHALLENGE does that as it pits 10 teams

against each other as they work to fully produce a 60 second

commercial.

Each commercial will then be judged onsite and via the internet to

provide even more exposure.

Have your company associate with this exciting and ENGAGING

challenge. You may also have your products placed directly in the

hands of those that use them.

Youth Day (Camp Atlanta)

VO Atlanta is the ONLY voiceover conference that welcomes youth

and includes presenters and leaders to service the interest of our

youth. The Youth Day (Camp Atlanta) is comprised of between

40-50 youth ages 7-16.

Spanish Day

In a first of its kind, our Spanish speaking talent will have a place

to call their own. Led by Simone Fojgiel, the VO Atlanta Spanish

Program will feature special guest and presenters as well as

provide a panel discussion specifically intended to serve the needs

of our Spanish speaking talent. 40-50 Spanish speaking talent are

expected at the conference with marketing reaching far beyond.

They will also have a Spanish Live-Stream panel discussion.

If you offer services to the Spanish speaking community, here’s a

chance to get out front and enjoy being recognized as one of the

first to support their presence at a major voiceover conference.
