Our objective is to use renewable mate-rials to build a rowing boat training centre. From Concept to Schematic de-sign, we started from studying moled-ules ‘Lego blocks’ understanding the basic proportion of the spaces need-ed for the club house. We followed up these ideas to use containers to make varies components in order to develop further.

Liza apartment Sale Gallery and Pre lobby is located at the South West between the second and third ring of beijing. It is a fi rst instant view from the sample model home to buyer. The Apartment itself is a high end serviced apartment, especially for the high income family or company owners where it serves as second home for business trip.

Our intension is to create a clean, but with a touch of warm material to make the sale gallery more welcomed atomsphere. Details are applied within spaces to uplift the standard.

The 127,000sqm development will incor-porate a mall, a cinema, three live-work towers, and a separate retail pavilion, with a pedestrian bridge con-nection to an adjacent train station.

A base retail block with traditional curvilinear circulation is prised open with glazing and voids at its periph-ery and pierced internally by two large conical voids, which draw daylight downward into the centre of the build-ing mass and forge visual connections between levels. A sleek white palette contributes to a seamless and fl owing retail environment.

Involved in producing interior package for three fl oors including washrooms, atrium plans, elevations as well as staircase package as shown om next page

Shenzhen Shuiwan 1979 interior design is proposed to be intergrated with the landscape to ease people from their hectic life, where as materials, ele-ments, patterns such as timber and the natural colour were used to providing an attractive entertainment space. One of the main highlight is the staircase where it is directly linked to the roof with varies size of the open ceiling at the roof levels allowing sunlight into the shopping mall.
