You Might Be Wondering…

How Much Money is Available? The medical plan you chose when you enrolled will determine the maximum wellbeing dollars you can earn. But, no matter which plan you chose, there’s free money from GameStop waiting for you.

Are Wellbeing Dollars Real Money? Absolutely! When you complete eligible wellbeing activities, GameStop will put wellbeing dollars — real money! — into the account connected to your medical plan within approximately 30 days. As your account balance grows, you can use it to help pay for expenses the medical plan doesn’t pay for — like your deductible, prescriptions drugs, or your share of expenses after the plan pays its benefits.

What’s the Catch?There isn’t one! When you take an active role to learn about your health and how to improve it, there’s a good chance you can avoid some of the more expensive health care costs often associated with an inactive lifestyle. Since you and GameStop share the cost of our health care program, think of wellbeing dollars as the Company’s investment and your reward for understanding your health.

Keep in mind that both you and your spouse or partner are eligible to earn wellbeing dollars, as long as you’re both enrolled in a GameStop medical plan through OneExchange. Your dependent children are not eligible to earn wellbeing dollars.

Biometric ScreeningA biometric screening is a simple test that gives you some good indicators of your current health. It can help identify risks you might face and gives you a chance to learn what you can do to stay healthy or improve your health. It’s another activity that’s good to complete early in the year, since you’ll earn wellbeing dollars for completing it and it can help point you to additional wellbeing activities that address any identified health risks.

Your spouse or partner is also eligible for the biometric screening if he or she is enrolled in your GameStop medical plan through OneExchange. You have some choices about how to get your screening:

A biometric screening may be available at your work location during the year. If so, you’ll receive more details from GameStop in advance of the screening date. If you’re not available on the day of the event or an event is not available in your location, you can use one of the other options.

Get your screening at a Quest Patient Service Center. To find a Quest Patient Service Center near you, go to www.my.blueprintforwellness.com and enter GameStop2015.* No forms are required. A biometric screening received at a lab not affiliated with Quest will not be eligible for wellbeing dollars from GameStop.

RedBrick CompassRedBrick Compass is a short online questionnaire on the RedBrick Health website that gives you a quick way to earn wellbeing dollars while you learn how your current lifestyle might affect your health. It only takes 15 minutes to complete! It’s the perfect first step in your OneExchange Wellbeing pathway, and can help you focus on other wellbeing activities that can help improve your health.

RedBrick JourneysRedBrick Journeys are online programs that make it easy and fun to focus on a particular health or lifestyle issue. They’re called “Journeys” because they guide you through a series of small steps. Journeys are designed to last a few days to a few weeks and help you shape healthy habits in a broad array of areas including physical activity, nutrition, financial wellbeing, stress and sleep. Journeys can also help you better manage chronic conditions like diabetes, asthma and heart disease.

You’ll find over 60 unique Journeys on the RedBrick Health website, and you’ll earn wellbeing dollars for each milestone you complete along the way (like starting a Journey, completing a Journey stage, and evaluating the Journey at the end).

Phone CoachingThere’s no one-size-fits-all approach to changing health habits. So, along with the online tools available to you, you can also connect one-on-one with a RedBrick Health coach who can provide personalized support to help you address a specific health risk or make a lifestyle adjustment to improve your health. There are eight different phone coaching programs available, and you earn wellbeing dollars for each coaching call you complete. It’s easy to schedule an appointment with a coach by visiting the RedBrick Health website at http://wellbeing.redbrickhealth.com.

Care Management Sometimes, you may need more support if you’re managing an ongoing health condition, or looking to ensure a healthy pregnancy. Wellbeing dollars are available here too. Your medical carrier will assign a nurse to you to answer questions, discuss treatment plans and help you navigate carrier resources while you receive care. Visit the RedBrick Health website at http://wellbeing.redbrickhealth.com to find the phone number for your medical carrier’s care management nurse team.

RedBrick TrackTo keep up your momentum and motivation during the year, you’ll have progress tracking tools that are fun, fast and simple to use. Plus they’ll earn you even more wellbeing dollars.

RedBrick Track is a daily wellbeing tracker that spans a spectrum of daily health habits: getting active, eating healthy and living well, and it takes just a minute or two per day. You can track your activity and your rewards via web, tablet or mobile phone. You can even sync up your tracking activity with a device like a Fitbit® or Jawbone®. Just click on the “Sync Now” button on the banner on the top of the home page.

Your gateway to most OneExchange Wellbeing activities is the RedBrick Health website for OneExchange.

As long as you enrolled in a GameStop medical plan through OneExchange for 2015/2016, RedBrick Health already has your membership information and you’re all set to log on.

If you’re an associate, you can connect to RedBrick Health directly without having to enter a separate username and password. Just click the RedBrick link on the Go Benefits website under Links.

If you’re a spouse or domestic partner enrolled in a OneExchange medical plan, get started by going to http://wellbeing.redbrickhealth.com. You’ll need to establish a username and password to use each time you visit the website in the future.

The first time you visit the website, you’ll need to provide a phone number and an email address in case RedBrick Health needs to contact you directly.

To make sure you’re getting all the wellbeing dollars you can, RedBrick Health needs a phone number and an email address for you. They’ll use the information to contact you if you need a reminder to complete wellbeing activities you’ve started, or if you might benefit from an available program based on the results of your Compass health assessment or biometric screening. Participation is always completely voluntary.

When you complete your registration on the RedBrick Health website, you’ll be able to indicate your preferences for how you’d like to receive information about OneExchange Wellbeing (for example, text or email).

The only purpose of OneExchange Wellbeing is to help you understand your health and how to manage and improve it. No one at GameStop ever sees the results of activities you participate in, or any of your personal health information (PHI).

You can be sure that:

Your information will never be sold or given to a third party for marketing purposes.

Your personalized programs and information are available to you through a secure, password-protected website.

Information will be used by GameStop to administer the program (for example, to pay wellbeing dollars). Your Protected Health Information (PHI) (including your Compass health assessment and biometric screening results) will not be shared with GameStop and may not be used for any other purpose.

Your privacy is always protected, and the details of your participation are always completely confidential.
