Checklist for Care Plans
▪ Verify that staff have the correct permissions▪ Utilities> Staff Directory> Standard Medical
Records Visibility▪ Verify Care Plans are set at proper Enroll
Privacy
▪ Activate Care Plans that the Practice will use
▪ Verify Auto-enroll is set if applicable ▪ We suggest pulling the Demographic
Analysis Recall Report for Care Plans every few months or every quarter to ensure that patients are enrolled in the proper Care Plans
