What is the standard process?

ASCE Structures Congress 2015

• All communication between the Contractor and the Design team will be through Architect.

• No decisions or issues that have an impact on design scope, cost or schedule shall be made by a consultant.

• Once a consultant has reviewed a submittal, it shall be submitted to the architect who will consolidate comments prior to issuance of the contractor.

• RFI Responses and any accompanying information shall be issued to the Architect only. Do not broadcast a response to the Contractor/Owner unless previously agreed upon with the Architect.
