• Idea Bank Activities require 60 days notice; Customized Activities require 90 days notice
• Limeade will always acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and accept requests for consideration the 1st business day of each month
• Limeade responds within 7-10 business days (Idea Bank) or 10-14 business days (Customized) and will work with you to ensure your request meets all criteria if necessary

• WA Wellness will receive the recommended Activities for approval the 3rd full week of each month
• WA Wellness will provide approval or rejection within 5 business days (Idea Bank) or 5-10 business days (Customized)
• Agency/Institution will receive WA Wellness decision no later than 30 days before Launch date in order to begin promotion for the Activity
• Once approved, Limeade will build Activity into the platform 30 days before Launch Date in SmartHealth
