In addition to an overview of the City's Water Conservation & Water Quality Management Plan, there will be an overview of the City's Group Home Regulations. COR Group Home Regulations OverviewGroup homes and community group homes are unique single-family residential dwellings which accommodate persons which may need assistance with quali�ed mental or physical disabilities. Assistant City Manager Don Magner will present about Richardson’s Group Home Regulations and how the City approaches managing group homes and community group homes in adherence with state and federal mandates.
Richardson’s Water Quality and Quality StrategiesUtility Systems Superintendent Hunter Stephens will brief workshop attendees on water restrictions and water distribution system operations. He will provide an overview of how the City manages the delivery of water during water restrictions while continuously maintaining a high level of water quality.
