Tuesday April 21, 2015 5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Grand Hall, Richardson Civic Center/City Hall COR Group Home Regulations Overview Group homes and community group homes are unique single-family residential dwellings which accommodate persons which may need assistance with qualified mental or physical disabilities. Assistant City Manager Don Magner will present about Richardson’s Group Home Regulations and how the City approaches managing group homes and community group homes in adherence with state and federal mandates. Richardson’s Water Quality and Quality Strategies Utility Systems Superintendent Hunter Stephens will brief workshop attendees on water restrictions and water distribution system operations. He will provide an overview of how the City manages the delivery of water during water restrictions while continuously maintaining a high level of water quality.
