Leasing A lease is a contract in which one party conveys land, property, services, or etc, to another for a specified time, usually in return for a periodic payment. In order for me to lease a car I would need, to make a higher monthly payment then if I were to actually buy the car, also leasing contracts do not change ever therefore if you are involved in an accident you're still responsible for paying the full lease amount. Leasing a car means you have a limits on miles and distance where you can drive limiting where you go whereas buying you would not have to worry about this option. Even though you do not own the car you are still responsible for tune-ups and services the car needs. As your lease ends and you still love the car and you want to buy it after your lease, you will have paid much more than the cost of the car even if you had financed it therefore leasing is not the option for me. Loan

Something that is borrowed, especially a sum of money that is expected to be paid back with interest. Loans are the usual methods of owning a car. Taking a loan out to buy a car would be my personal preference due to the facts of not having to pay the entire balance up front, along with helping me obtain good credit as I pay each monthly payment. Owning your own car allows you to drive as many miles you would like, knowing you can drive wherever you want whenever you want. Why Loan?

Why would anyone want to lease a car? Wouldn’t owning be so much better? In my opinion buying a car is the right path to choose. When leasing a car you do not have full ownership of the car, also your monthly payment is usually higher than if you bought it and lastly, who wants to be restricted on the miles they can drive in their car. All these reasons lead to why I would never lease a car. Taking out a loan is the best option not only because its cheaper but its easier. Buying a car takes the pressure off worrying about crashing and having to deal with major mechanical problems, no matter what your going to half to fix the problem but if the cars damaged to the point of not being able to be fixed your going to have to pay that dealership all that money for a car you not even said you owned. The most important thing to me is having good credit without good credit you could prevented from a house, credit card, or even job. To earn good credit you need to build it, building good credit comes from paying your bills on time and have a lower balance. So who said taking out a loan was a bad thing? Not only will it allow you to purchase a car, but also helps you buy a house along with many other great things in life.
