Prep Work: Look ahead to find the best date, work with your

Department / Division / Office leadership to schedule your group meeting around the best possible attendance.

Make KECC part of the office year round. Set an annual calendar for events, use upcoming state and national holidays as themes, invite a charity rep, boost morale and interest in the campaign.
