TAKE HOME EXAMS (SET DAY AND TIME): Constitutional Law (Rush: Section 2): Take home exam scheduled on December 4th. The exam will be available to download on TWEN at 8:30 a.m. and must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. Corporate Finance (Rhee): 24 hour take home exam scheduled on Tuesday, December 8th. Domestic Violence (Drake): Take home exam available on TWEN. International Law (Hernandez): Exam distributed the last day of classes and due by 4:00 p.m., Friday, December 4th. Students have 24 hours to complete the exam. Social Science, Crime & Law (Russell-Brown): Exam distributed the last day of classes and due by noon on Friday, December 4th. Florida Constitutional Law (Mills): Exam will be available on TWEN beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2015. Students will have 4 hours to complete the final exam. Students will upload their exam answer on TWEN.

TAKE HOME EXAMS (FLEXIBLE): Constitutional Law (Dowd: Section 3): Students may take the exam any day, Monday – Friday, during the exam period, Thursday, December 3rd to Wednesday, December 16th. The exam will be available in the Dean’s Office beginning at 8:30 a.m. Students will sign out the exams using their exam number and name. Once picked up from the Dean’s Office the exam will be due the same day on or before 6:00 p.m. Students will submit their exam answer on TWEN. Students will submit their exam answer using their exam number. Finance for Lawyers (Willis): Take home exam. Please see instructor for further details. Advanced Legal Research (Turner): Take home exam. Additional details to provided by the professor. E-Discovery (Hamilton): Exam available on TWEN beginning on the first day of the exam period and must be taken and completed by 4:30 p.m. on the last day of the exam period. Complex Litigation (Lear): Exam available on TWEN beginning the first day of the exam period and must be taken by 4:30 p.m .on the last day of the exam period. Conflict of Laws (Lear): Exam available on TWEN beginning the first day of the exam period and must be taken by 4:30 p.m .on the last day of the exam period. Family Law (King): Exam available on TWEN on the first day of the exam period and must be taken by 4:30 p.m. on the last day of the exam period. Students will have 4 hours to complete the final exam. Land Use Law (Wolf): Exam available from the Dean’s Office on the first day of the exam period and must be completed and turned in by 4:30 p.m. on the same date the student picks up the exam. All exams are due by 4:30 p.m. the last day of the exam period.

Natural Resources Law (Klein): Exam available on TWEN beginning the first day of the exam period and must be taken and submitted by 4:30 p.m. the last day of the exam period. Sports Law (Heitner): Exam will be distributed the last day of the class. Students will have 24 hours to take the final exam and the exam must be submitted to the Student Affairs Office by Friday, December 4, 2015.
