ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- There are set delivery charges for ALL custom kit orders to help make your ordering and pricing of kit easier. For orders under £1500.00 (before VAT is added) the delivery charge is £30.00. For orders in excess of £1500.00 (before VAT is added) the delivery charge is £50.00. - All first time orders using our non UK factory; new customers and new designs; are shipped from the factories to the Quest Sports Wear UK offices for inspection where possible and timescales allow. This enables us to maintain our high standards and allows us to offer a quality control service on our products. - All custom kit orders from our non UK factory; no matter what size or quantity; take on average 8-10 weeks from the point at which the order is placed to it’s arrival in the UK. We always will try to speed up this production time where possible but production times can be effected by busy periods of the year, national holidays etc. - In order for your custom kit to be produced to the best of our abilities we require ALL logos and artwork on the kit to be supplied to us in high-resolution ‘ai’ vector formats. For logos that are not in this particular format we reserve the right to add additional artwork charges to pay for the re-drawing of the logos and artwork. - There is NO VAT added on children’s clothing. - All custom kit orders from our UK factory; no matter what size or quantity; take on average 2-3 weeks from the point at which the order is placed to it’s arrival in the UK. We always will try to speed up this production time where possible but production times can be effected by busy periods of the year, national holidays etc. - We require a 50% of the total invoice amount as deposit before production in any of the factories commences. And, any balances are expected after production and before shipping. Payments can be made in numerous ways including by cheque, bank transfer, credit/debit card.
