Implementation of Priorities

Feedback and adopted additional Priorities are transformed into the Fiscal Year Action Agenda.

Budget dependent items are also considered throughout the budget process.

Fiscal year 2014-2015: 18 Council Priorities

All Departments, Divisions and Teams track progress through Intranet portal.

July 8, 2014 - Palm Coast is among 11 jurisdictions that received the Certificate of Distinction, and one of 49 recognized overall for Performance Management.
