Pastoral Council
The Pastoral Council of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish exists to
establish direction for our faith community by articulating a vision
for the parish, generating long-range goals, and establishing policies.
It is advisory to the Pastor and aids him in his responsibility of
servant leadership of the parish.
Council members help foster full participation of our entire parish
in the life of our faith community as well as being part of the
diocesan and universal Church.
All members are invited to help make our vision real so that:
By gathering for prayer at Mass and celebrating the sacraments, by
deepening our understanding of our faith, and by being involved in
service to one another and beyond the parish, we grow as disciples
and help to turn disciples into disciple makers.
Members are selected annually on a staggered rotation and may
serve on the Pastoral Council for two 3-year terms.
