Board Practice ExamsComprehensive Basic Science Self-Assessment (CBSSA) for Step 1

1. Take the USMLE World Self Assessment to determine your list of strengths and weaknesses.
2. Make a list of weak sections.
3. Use First Aid to improve on a weak section and supplement with corresponding Picmonic cards.

5. Repeat for each section.
6. During down time or before bed, use Anki flashcards.
7. Take another USMLE World Self Assessment after you complete First Aid.
