1. The purpose of the Super Raffle is to raise funds to foster “The maintenance and development” of public snowmobile trails in New York State.

2. The Super Raffle is governed by the laws of NYS and the regulations set forth by the NYS Racing & Wagering Board.

3. The Raffle Drawing will take place April 26, 2014, after 12:00 noon. 4. NYSSA clubs can request tickets and posters by submitting the 2014 Super Raffle Ticket Request Form

directly to NYSSA: by fax 888-317-2441 or: by E-mail [email protected] or: by mail PO Box 1040, Pine Bush, NY 12566-1040.

5. Super Raffle tickets will be distributed 6 months prior to the drawing to NYSSA clubs by members of the OCSA at NYSSA BOD meetings or by private shipper between meetings (UPS – street addresses only!).

6. Participating NYSSA clubs can distribute Super Raffle tickets as they see fit. 7. Super Raffle Tickets are $5.00 per ticket. 8. Ticket stubs and payment ($5.00/ticket) must be turned in to OCSA accompanied by the Ticket

Return Form no later than 12 noon the Saturday of the NYSSA Forum (April 26, 2014) or they can be turned in with payment prior to the Forum at a monthly NYSSA Board meeting or by mail to: OCSA, P.O. Box 392, Syracuse, NY 13215. If no form is received, we will not know what club should receive donation!

9. Acceptable forms of payment are only CASH or CHECK made payable to OCSA. 10. OCSA must receive $5.00 for every ticket stub turned in. 11. Participating NYSSA clubs will receive a DONATION from OCSA after the raffle drawing is

completed (Within 30 days). 12. Participating NYSSA Clubs will receive $2.50 for every ticket stub they turn in to OCSA. 13. Participating Clubs must use their DONATION for “The maintenance and development” of public

snowmobile trails in NYS. 14. Records of how the money is used have to be maintained just as you do for the Trail Fund.
