SAP Maintenance 기본 정책 (1)

Maintenance Agreement

- End User License Agreement 에 포함하여 계약, 자동연장

- MA 청구 시작 : License 구매 익월 1일 ~ 12월 31일, 연 선납

- 예외 : Active Renewal - BOBJ Paper, SY Paper

Initial Period (Non-negotiable)

- 금년 12월 31일 + 차년도 12월 31일

- 계약 변경 불가

- Termination 불가

MA 재개 비용 (Re-instatement Fee)

- Back Maintenance Fee * 15%


SAP Maintenance 기본 정책 (2)

계약 변경 (Novation Agreement)

- Initial Period가 지난 시점

case 1 : VAR1 to VAR2

- 90일 사전 공문 권장, 소급 적용 (X)

case 2 : VAR-D to SAP-D

- Maintenance Base * Regional Factor 5% * 22%

계약 전체 해지 (Full Termination)

- SAP에 90 일 사전 서면 통지, 12월 31일부로 Termination
