Pre-orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance of the event.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event you must cancel your order, please notify the Ovations suite officeimmediately. Orders cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled event

will be charged 100% of the food and beverage order.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Suite services will gladly meet any special requests you may have. Pleasecontact the Ovations suite office at (321) 633-9200. Please allow five businessdays for any special requests.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for all charges can be made with cash or credit card. All Suite holdersare required to have a credit card number on file with Ovations Food Services.MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted. If you feel thatexceptional service was delivered, please tip accordingly. The credit card onfile will be charged unless an alternate payment is offered. No charges will beincurred until the conclusion of the event; at that time full payment is required.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Cans and bottles may not be taken outside of your suite. Please pour beveragesinto the plastic cups provided. It is the responsibility of the suite holder or his/her representative to monitor and control alcoholic beverage consumptionwithin the suite. State ordinance prohibits alcoholic beverages from entering orleaving the facility grounds. Minors under the ages of 21 are not permitted toconsume alcoholic beverages.
