    Education and training enable us to disseminate ourknowledge and enhance creativity.

    The official opening ceremony of International NuclearNonproliferation and Security Academy(INSA) will take placeon Feb. 19, 2014. In celebration of this event, Korea Institute ofNuclear Nonproliferation and Control(KINAC) will host theINSA International Symposium by inviting an illustrious groupof internationally renowned experts on nuclearnonproliferation and security on Feb. 20~21, 2014.

    INSA is KINACs training and education center specialized innuclear nonproliferation and security based on Koreascommitment to strengthening nuclear nonproliferation andsecurity regime. INSA will offer an excellent education andtraining program at both domestic and international levels.

    The Symposium will focus on key five issues; 1) NuclearSecurity Summit: its vision and contributions, 2) Globalnuclear security challenges and responses 3) Centre ofExcellence for nuclear security: role and cooperation 4)Nuclear Nonproliferation and security for the peaceful uses ofnuclear energy 5) Global networks for nuclear nonproliferationand security policy.
