The 423d Force Support Squadron has over 35 capabilities across 18 business activities. We also have unique capabilities that enable us to overcome the geographical separation from our mission partners at RAF Molesworth.

We work with RAF Mildenhall to provide casualty and civilian personnel support. We provide mortuary services for our Airman as well as support for our sister service members. We have strategically placed several FSS activities at RAF Molesworth to connect and support our large community.
