DISTRICT ATHLETIC MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Alamo Heights Independent School District Athletic
Department is to provide opportunities for student athletes to develop the skills, character, fitness
and overall health that promote excellence in academics, athletics
and life.

PARTICIPATIONTo participate in AHJS FOOTBALL you will need the following:
Pre Participation Physical Evaluation from a doctor on the correct UIL form
Can NOT participate in practice without form being turned in
24-hour Code of Leadership Form
Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Form
Concussion Acknowledgement Form
Parent/Student Steroid Agreement Form

U.I.L. ELIGIBILITYFirst 6 weeks will be a grade check.
Report card every 9 weeks.
Progress report every 3 weeks to regain eligibility.
What is passing? 70 or above in all classes.
Waiver for advanced classes (GT or HS credit).Can only use once a year for one class.
