Please elect one team representative to coordinate all communications with our team.

All directions from club should occur in writing. Email is the preferred method of communications.

Please complete the Team-Wear Design sheet accurately & early as possible. This form is designed to expedite the process.

Be accurate in the information provided to us; exact Pantone Colour numbers, logo and instructions of you team’s needs.

Once the job is signed off and confirmed, Production will commence once 50% deposit has been received.

Once the order has been confirmed, no adjustments are permitted in regards to design, sizes or quantities. Please ensure it is correct prior to submitting.

Production times do vary according to type of product and production demands. Usually for a team ordering a range of gear, we allow between 4-8 weeks (excluding design period).

‘RUSH’ jobs may occur and we would like to help you. This will incur a surcharge for the job pending the circumstances.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) do apply. Please refer to the garment spec sheet for further info.

50% Deposit is required upon the signed sales confirmation sheet.

Remaining balance is required prior to dispatch of goods. We will advise you approximately one week prior to completion.

Preferred payment is by Electronic Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit), however bank cheque or credit card (2% fee addition) is also acceptable.

We provide reliable and convenient shipping for your team. We kindly pass on the lowest costs that are billed. Please advise if alternative or expressed shipping is preferred.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne. Accordingly, transit times vary pending destinations.

Minimum Order Quantity - MOQ is 30pcs per style (5 pieces per size) Please follow the care instructions provided on your teamwear to maximise longevity of the garment

Female two piece suits are sold as separates All suits are made in Sun Protection UP50

We provide up to 3 design changes throughout the process. So please take the opportunity to utilise the complimentary service we offer. Additional design fees occur exceeding this mark.

Once design sheet is fully completed and received, a review of designs will be sent to you within 2 working days.
