2014 Clements High School Summer Fitness Program General Information Program Overview: The program consists of a 24 day training regimen designed to develop and enhance each participant’s strength, speed, agility, quickness, and overall fitness level. Each 2 hour session will focus on a balance of strength training and speed, agility, and quickness training. The program is run by Clements coaches. Program Dates & Times: The camp runs for 6 weeks Monday, June 9 th through June 26 th and July 7 th through July 24 th Mondays through Thursdays. We will not work out on the week of July 4 th . Two sessions will be offered daily: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. for 7 th & 8 th , 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. for 9 th – 12 th . The last day of the camp is Thursday July 24 th . Who may participate? The camp is open to any student (male or female) in Clements High School attendance zone in grades 7 th -12 th for the upcoming 2014-2015 school year. Program Site: Participants will report to the Clements Field House for each session. Participants will use the weight room in the field house, the track and practice fields. Required Athletic Equipment: Participants must furnish their own workout attire. Sneakers/athletic shoes are MANDATORY. Participants may wish to bring weightlifting gloves, sunscreen, bottled water/sports drinks, etc. Water is made available to all participants throughout each workout session. Registration: Registration begins Monday, April 7 th and ends Friday, June 6 th at the Clements Field House. Each participant must submit the following: Completed registration form $100 (Payment in Cash or Money Order ONLY per FBISD policy)

Late Registration: Late registration will take place from Monday June 2nd – June 6th. The late registration fee is $125.
