DiverseWorks’ most anticipated party and fundraiser, Luck of the Draw, is quickly upon us. Join us for 2014’s installment of Luck of the Draw, held Thursday, May 15th. Attendees try their luck at winning original artworks from over 200 local, national, and international artists made specifically for DiverseWorks! This event is perfect for the advanced and beginner collector, providing participants with the opportunity to add unique and amazing works to their private collection.

THE RULES OF THE GAME: There are two ticket levels – gold and silver – which provide entry into the party and the ability to purchase art chances. Gold tickets ($200) give one the upper hand by having first crack at the available artworks. Silver ticket holders ($100) must wait their turn, but still have plenty of time to choose favorites from the yet-to-be-selected works.

Once you’re in, purchase your art chances for $100 each, and as many as your heart desires! Each art chance ensures you will be walking out with a piece of art, hand-picked by you. Every work is labeled with the artist and title to help with your decision. Be sure to stick around to guide friends and fellow arts enthusiasts on their next grab!

Cocktails are served throughout the evening, as well as delicious bites by Houston’s acclaimed Down House. A silent auction features special works by artists commissioned by DiverseWorks this past season.
