• Alabama State Diploma with Oneonta City Academic Endorsement
- 1 Foreign Language Credit
- Pre-Calculus
- One AP Course Credit
• Alabama State Diploma with Oneonta City Advanced Academic Endorsement(OHS requirement for Valedictorian, Salutatorian and Historian)
- 2 Foreign Language Credits (same language)
- Additional Math above Pre-Calculus
- Three AP Course Credits (any combination)
ALABAMA HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
This one approach to the Alabama High School Diploma removes the need for endorsements or the Alabama Occupational Diploma. The focus will be on the coursework taken that necessitates a clearly articulated and individualized four-year high school plan built for each student based on the results from the EXPLORE academic and career interest assessment and middle school coursework.

ScienceBiology and a physical science The third and fourth science credits may be used to meet both the science and CTE course requirement and must be chosen from the Alabama Course of Study: Science or CTE/AP/IB/postsecondary equivalent courses

Dual Enrollment for 10th-12th Grade StudentsOHS partners with Snead State Community College and Wallace State Community College. This
program is available to OHS 10th-12th grade students who have received approval from their high school and meet requirements to receive both college credit and high school credit. All tuition, books, and fees are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
Dual Enrollment packets are available in the high school counselor’s office on a quarterly basis for completion and returned to the high school counselor by the deadline listed on the packet. Please check website for availability and deadline under Counselor’s Corner Calendar.

Your 2014-15 Ninth Grade Registration Form must be complete, signed by your parent, and returned to your first period teacher by Thursday, March 20th. If you do not return your form, a schedule will be created for you based on your requirements for graduation.
