The Methodist Church in Ireland

directs its members to give 1% of

income (post-tax) to their

World Development & Relief Fund.

This year

World Development & Relief

has distributed

£180,000 / €210,000

to its partner organisations.

If Irish Methodists gave 1% of

income, a conservative estimate is

that our church would have

£10 million / €12 million with which to

bring long-term change to this world

of poverty and injustice.

Consider taking on the challenge of

‘1%’ and change the world for the

materially poor and oppressed.

Setting up a standing order is the

easiest way to spread your giving.

Forms are in the WDR annual report.
