POWER• Check that the device fully powers on and starts up to the home

screen of operating system.• If laptop powers on but does not display a home screen, mark as NO.

• If the device does not turn on with battery, connect charger, then turn device on and check if it starts up to the home screen of operating system.

• Open disc drive• Insert CD/DVD in disc drive – disc should not be a blank disc• Check that the laptop detects – it should auto-play

SPEAKER• Go to START• Go to My Documents• Go to SAMPLE MUSIC and play any file• OR insert any Audio CD and music should auto-play
