Klub Warehouse Project zaviedol drogové testy pri vstupeKlub Warehouse Project v Manchestri, kde minulý týždeň po užití neznámej drogy zomrel mladý muž a ďalších 15 bolo hospitalizovaných, zavádza nový program na prevenciu proti drogám. Od soboty 12. októbra sa budú všetky podozrivé nelegálne látky zaistené v klube ihneď testovať v prenosnom labo-ratóriu umiestnenom v prívese pri klube. Výsledky a varovania o ich zistenom obsahu budú následne

zdieľané cez sociálne médiá. Warehouse Project je vôbec prvým klubom v Británii, ktorý daný program vo svojich priestoroch zaviedol, ale podľa ohlasov najmä z rád občanov, určite nie posledný.

Indické policajné zložky sa rozhodli, že prekazia vy-darenú party v klube Posh, a tak headlinera Dasha Berlina počas jeho vystúpenia stiahli z pódia a zatkli. Dôvodom bola kontrola jeho pracovných víz. Po chvíli ho prepustili a celú túto frašku si môžete vďaka jeho fanúšikovi pozrieť aj vy.

V podaní tejto švédskej dvojky to však rozhodne ne-bude o športe. V Chicagu sa 26. októbra pokúsia v rámci ich setu vytvoriť svetový rekord s najväčšou vankúšovou vojnou v histórii. Uvidíme, či sa toto „ná-silie“ zapíše do dejín.

MÁTE RADI ROZPRÁVKY?Pre všetkých, ktorí sa radi zabávajú pozeraním rozprávaok máme celkom príjemné video. Jeho obsahom je zostrihaná časť animovaného filmu Ja Zloduch a o hudobnú stránku sa postaral... Veď to budete počuť sami.

Stránka Silk Road, na ktorej si zákazníci mohli dať do košíka kokaín, extázu či iné „vitamíny“, dokonca aj zbrane, minulý týždeň vďaka FBI ukončila svoju až trojročnú činnosť. Jej zakladateľ 29-ročný Ross Ul-bricht bol zadržaný a obvinený, z čoho asi, že?!

ZLÉ ČASY PRE KLUBOVÚ SCÉNU?To, o čom sa už dlhšiu dobu pošepkávalo, sa stalo skutočnosťou. Paris Hilton, známa aj svojimi nepo-darenými pornoscénkami predstavuje svoju novú skladbu. Producentom je Afrojack a my iba dúfame, že táto vec nás nikdy nebude otravovať z rádia..

Nemecký DJ a producent Lützenkirchen pat-rí medzi populárne tváre novodobého techna. Jeho tracky sa za posledné roky dostali do vy-davateľstiev z celého sveta a po svojom premié-rovom vystúpení na Festivale Pohoda, ho už 18.10. čaká party v bratislavskom Subclube.

Dozvedeli sme sa, že v 90tych rokoch si robil pro-motéra na Ibize. Čo to boli za akcie a pomohla ti táto skúsenosť v tvojej ďalšej kariére?

No, v podstate mi to nepomohlo vôbec, preto-že vtedy som o nejakej kariére vôbec nepre-mýšľal, ale určite mi to pomohlo v zlepšení mojej povahy, disciplíny a celkovo to bola veľmi dobrá skúsenosť. A vlastne hneď po návrate z Ibizy som začal s vlastnou produk-ciou, takže pomohlo to aj mojej mysli dostať sa do styku s klubovým zvukom.

Veľa dobrých producentov neprerazilo, lebo neboli v správny čas na správnom mieste alebo proste sa to len nepodarilo. Tebe sa to podarilo, ale je niečo z minulosti, čo ľutuješ, že si neurobil inak?

Hmm. Dobrá otázka. Ale asi nie, pretože moja cesta je len moja a stále som na nej a som spokojný, takže nemám čo ľutovať, hlavne čo sa týka mladosti. Možno neskôr, keď sa diali veci okolo tracku „3 Tage Wach“, som mohol jednu-dve veci urobiť inak.

Na projekte Interactive si spolupracoval aj s ve-teránom Jensom Lissatom, jemu sa teraz celkom dobre darí, napríklad aj na Beatporte. Ako sa ti pá-čia jeho nové veci? Čaká aj vás nejaká spoluprá-ca?

S Jensom sa poznáme dosť dlho, ale ja som sa pri-dal k Interactive až keď Jens a Marc Innocent projekt opustili, takže k spolupráci nedošlo. Vždy sme spolu chceli niečo urobiť, keď už som bol zabehnutý produ-cent, ale keď som sa presťahoval do Mníchova, tak to už nešlo.

Za ostatné sa často v rôznych štýloch objavujú staré známe melódie. Myslíš, že už producentom došli nápady alebo sú len leniví či si chcú len uľah-čiť cestu za hitom?

Je to jednoduché. Ableton, Samples a Loop Libraries. Skoro každý používa to isté, takže potom to je všetko podobné. Chceš znieť inak? Používaj iné veci, aby si vytvoril svoj vlastný sound a zároveň tie veci aj použí-vaj inak, to vidím ako cestu.

Stalo sa ti pred hraním, že si stratil alebo prišiel o platne, CDčká alebo čokoľvek, čo by ti prekazilo vystúpenie?

Samozrejme. Krádež, strata alebo zničenie po ceste, dávnejšie sa to stávalo často, do mesiaca som hral aj na desiatich rôznych miestach a platne boli háklivé. Ale posledné dva roky sa mi nič podobné našťastie

nestalo.

Leto sa skončilo, ktorý z eventov ti asi naj-viac utkvel v pamäti?

Mám taký, hral som v Rakúsku, ale zabudol som meno akcie. To bolo úplne šialené, nie-čo ako open-air v strede jarmoku alebo kar-nevalu, niečo neuveriteľné, ale zábava jak delo. :-)

Na Slovensku si zatiaľ hral iba raz, na festivale Pohoda. Ako si to pamätáš?

Bolo to super a dirty! A takto to mám rád. Áno, myslím, že na Slovensku som okrem Pohody ešte nehral.

18. októbra budeš hrať v Subclube v Bratislave. Je to klub s bohatou históriou, hrali tam napr. aj J. Mills, J. Ruskin, Regis, A. Weatherall, M. Broom atď. Tešíš sa trochu?

Úprimne, doteraz som o tomto klube nepočul, ale urči-te sa teším a chcem to vidieť naživo.

A nakoniec, aktuálne máš nejakých obľúbených producentov?

Samozrejme, momentálne u mňa vedie Maceo Plex.

Niektorí túto skladbu volajú aj prvým deep housovým trackom. Originál skladby v inštrumentálnej verzii bol vy-daný v roku 1986 na EP „Washing Machine“chicagskym producentom Larrym Heardom alebo Mr. Fingers. Om-noho známejšia verzia ako originál je remix skladby z roku 1988, ktorý obsahuje vokál od Chucka Robertsa „In the beginning, there was Jack, and Jack had a groove ...“. Pôvodnú verziu určite poznáte, no v koľkých ďalších mutáciách ju poznáte vy? My sme našli tieto, ale isto ich je viac.

MR. FINGERS Can You Feel It

Keby sme premýšľali nad tým, ktorá je najpoužívanejšia technika producentov elektronickej hud-by, iste by to bolo samplovanie. Schopnosť vytiahnuť zo skladby istú časť a dať ju do chytľavého loopu sa však v poslednom čase šíri ako mor a pri počúvaní mnohých skladieb vám často prebehne hlavou myšlienka „kde som to už počul?“ Možno vám pomôžu tieto štyri, podľa nás, najviac používané sample.

Marshall Jefferson je známy aj ako otec housu. Tento žáner výrazne ovplyvnil v roku 1986 vydaním EP „The House Music Anthem“ (asi vedel, prečo ho tak nazýva) so skladbou „Move Your Body“, v ktorej ako prvý použil v house piano. Aj keď ste si to možno neuvedomili, ale sampel z tejto skladby boli použité aj napr. v skladbách od Technotronic, Stefano Noferini a iných.

Píše sa rok 1992 a britská skupina Nightcrawlers vy-dáva album „Let´s Push It“, kde ako prvá skladba je práve „Push the Feeling On“. Umiestnila sa na vrchole rebríčkov v 10tich krajinách Európy a jej reedícia v roku 1995 spôsobila ešte väčší ošiaľ. Vraví sa, že značná časť „inšpirácie“ k tejto skladbe pochádza z iného známeho tracku vydaného ešte v roku 1990, a to Robin S „Show Me Love“. Rádiovým poslucháčom určite ne-treba melódiu pripomínať, v rovnakej podobe ju použil Pitbull, či Bob Sinclar v remixe pre Rihannu.

Ak ste si skladbu pustili určite ste prekvapene počúvali, kde sa prvýkrát objavila tá známa populárna melódia. Od roku 1979 spustila táto melódia vlnu samplovania a v roku 1995 sa objavila v skladbe od The Bucket-heads „The Bomb (These Sounds Fall Into My Mind)“ Od tohto okamihu spopularizovala a pozná ju snáď každý. Z ďalších jej verzií ponúkame napr. od Hysteric Ego „Want Love“ alebo od Nicola Fasano vs Pat Rich – 75 Brasil Street.

SUPERSTAR DJHovoríme o popredných DJoch sveta, umiestňujúcich sa pravidelne v rôznych rebríčkoch TOP 100 Djs. Sú to ľudia, ktorí hrajú len veľké akcie, takže tu nedostatok nápadníčok s veľkou istotou nehrozí. Títo chalani majúci status rockových hviezd dostanú dievčatá na pohyb viečka. Vždy si pekné fanynky odsledujú a potom ich jednoducho prenasledujú. Samozrejme, ide jedine o najkrajšie a najviac sexy ženy večera, žiadna druhá liga. Šance na úspech: 95 až 100%

DJ NA ŠTUDENTSKÝCH PÁRTYVäčšina z nás už určite bola na študentskej párty, či imatrikulačkách a vo veľkej miere je možné, že aj mnoho z nás opitých. DJ na takejto úrovni má veľkú šancu neísť domov sám, najmä (aj keď nie výhradne) kvôli al-koholu a statusu študentskej kultúry. V mo-jich študentských rokoch (nebol som vtedy DJ), si dodnes pamätám jednu babu, ktorá vždy čakala na koniec párty, aby mohla DJa zbaliť. A nebolo potrebné s ňou počas jeho setu ani hovoriť. Šance na úspech: 30 až 35%

DJ V KLUBOCH NA ÚROVNISú možno dobrí DJi, ale nemusia sa nut-ne hraním živiť. Je to ich koníček, za ktorý dostanú dobre zaplatené. K svojim hraniam inklinujú vo svojom voľnom čase a majú okrem pozície DJa aj veľa iných aktivít. Pod-ľa toho, ako dobre vyzerajú, dostanú spra-vodlivo aj množstvo obdivných pohľadov z radu žien. Avšak pokiaľ DJ nehrá dobre a ľudí nebaví, tak rýchlo môže jeho kariéra aj skončiť. A pozor, menšia výstraha: chudob-ný DJ na tejto úrovni nemá žiadnu šancu. Šance na úspech: 45 až 50%

DJ NA SVADBÁCH A OSLAVÁCHTento typ DJa si často zarába na živoby-tie hraniami práve iba na svadbách, či ro-dinných oslavách. Sú to často muži aj nad 50 rokov, vyzerajú síce dosť priateľsky, ale v skutočnosti toto povolanie nerobia kvôli ženám. Jednoducho si urobia svoju prácu, zarobia si a potom odídu domov. Ak ich prí-padne aj nejaké ženy oslovia, reagujú na ne veľmi zriedkavo. A ak sú trochu opití a zúfalí tak rovno žiadajú potencionálne nápadníčky o ruku... Šance na úspech: 8%

TOP KLUBOVÝ DJTíto chlapci hrajú vo väčšine prípadov pred všetkými veľkými menami v najlepších klu-boch sveta. V rubrike Mix of the week si zvyčajne pre vás vyberiem jeden set, ktorý v daný týždeň zaujme moju pozornosť a predstavím vám jeho autora. Tentoraz však prichádza trošku zmena, pretože set nebude jeden, ale bude ich niekoľko... Nejde iba o zvukový záznam, ale o videá! Vi-deá priamo z klubu Space, kde sa 6. októbra konala ak-cia s názvom „Closing Fiesta“. Na videách môžete vidieť samé hviezdne mená: Carl Cox a Nic Fanciulli v B2B sete, Nina Kraviz, Pleasurekraft, Guti, Remo, Josh Wink či Uto Karem. Klub Space na Ibize píše svoju novodobú históriu od roku 1989, kedy pôvodný klub prešiel veľkou rekonštrukciou a nadobudol vzhľad „diskotéky“. V rokoch

2005, 2006 a opäť v roku 2012 získal tento klub pre-stížny titul „Best Global Club“ na IDMA. Vlajkovou loďou klubu Space sú parties s názvom „We love Sundays“, ktoré svoju tradíciu začali už v roku 1999. Počas týchto akcií sa klub otvára o 16:30 v nedeľu a ľudia sa môžu za-bávať až do 6tej rána. Ibiza je určitou verziou Mekky pre clubberov, tak si doprajme aspoň trošku z jej atmosféry vďaka videám. CHASE & STATUS

ARTIST OF THE WEEK

Chase & Status je elektronická hudobná producent-ská dvojica z Británie, ktorú tvoria Saul Milton (Cha-se) a Will Kennard (Status). Na koncertoch, ale aj pri komponovaní hudby ich dopĺňajú MC Rage & Andy Gangadeen. Prvé produkcie vyšli už v roku 2004 ako napríklad remix pre Future Cut nasledovaný radom hymnických skladieb pre labele Breakbeat Kaos, Bin-go Beats a Ram Records. Po rade vystúpení po celom svete sa im v roku 2008 podarilo vydať debutový album „More Than Alot“. V roku 2009 začínajú vystupovať ako live projekt, s ktorým sa vydávajú na turné po takmer

všetkých kontinentoch. V tomto období podpisujú na-hrávaciu zmluvu s veľkým labelom Vertigo/ Mercury Records, ale tiež zakladajú vlastnú značku More Than Alot Records, špecializujúcu sa na dubstep a deep ho-use. V roku 2011 sa stali najpredávanejšou kapelou v UK. V roku 2012 postupne začínajú pracovať na novom albume s názvom „Brand New Machine“, ktorý vyšiel 7. októbra 2013. Nový album je ohliadnutím za rave érou rokov 90tych.
