This document guides you through the basic

platform features of the Hilti PROFIS Installation

software




Double click on the relevant

module to open a new project

By double clicking on BIM / CADexport the web based BIM /

CAD library opens (online

connection required)

Direct access to recently used

projects

New: add a new project,

subproject or directly a new

design

Open: open a file from your

drive, a favorite (saved as

favorite) or directly recentprojects

Save As: save fi les on your

local drive or as favorites(within the software)

Common individual applications can be saved as favorites.

The favorites are stored separately and are easy accessible

Catalogue and units are important settings. Their parameters are automatically

configured acc. to the local default settings when installing the software.

Overall Project – with RMB you can

- Rename

- Copy (the entire project can be copied)

- Add new Designer / Subprojects to the structure

Under the overall project

you see the related

Designer

(calculations)

Here you enter the customer information and / or add

additional information in the Description field. By

clicking on Print Description the “Description” is

printed on the report
