Thank you for choosing True Live Video Services; I’m pleased that

you’ve entrusted me with your memories. Please read the following

information carefully and feel free to email me with any questions.

Product Service InformationBasic Information

Paperwork: Before your project can begin, you must submit an order form. Within that form you’ll find questions pertaining to the theme of your video and the dedication information that will be included therein. Please fill this sheet outcarefully, the information you provide will be copied letter by letter; with that said, please make it readable.Uploading Photos or Videos: Sending me your digital items is easy, no mailman required! Once I receive your paperwork,I’ll email you a confidential Cloud Password, you’ll then log in and upload your videos and digital pictures to the cloud.That’s it! Wait, you say you don’t have access to the internet, no problem, save your precious memories on a disk and sendthem to me.Sending Digalized Items: How will you get those precious un-digitized items to me? Send them through the mail, markedwith “don’t bend” to ensure they arrive without injury. Please be advised I will not refund the expense of sending me theseitems nor will I charge you when I send them back. If you’d like copies of these digitalized items I will send them back toyou free of charge.Digitalized Items: Digitalized items must be the size of a standard piece of paper or less; you’re given 25 free with every project. Don’t hesitate to mark special occasions with newspaper articles, medals or self drawn pictures.DVD Copies: You will receive an original copy of your video on a standard double layered DVD.Other Items: Written material such as Poetry, Vows, Scriptural Verses or a written letter; up to 110 words are free (wordssuch as a, I, if, it, is, the, so, as are not counted), just provide information pertaining to its placement or if you’d like me to place it, please let me know this ahead of time. For every additional 20 words add $5. NOTE: If you’d like an un-digitizedtyped version of your written material to appear in a frame by itself, surrounded by a border or pictures; there isn’t any

cost so long as it doesn’t need to be edited. Narratives or Themes: If you would like a recorded narrative added to your video, provide me with a recording of thenarrative via any number of sound file formats or just record yourself speaking to your Camera and I’ll pull the narrativefrom the video. If you would like a written narrative, just provide me with a copy of your written narrative. You can addcomments to a picture or a piece of video; just fill in the appropriate sections on the application. If narratives are to be placed over the entirety of a song, the cost will be only $10 (an editing fee, adjustment of value and such), however if there is a need for further editing, say for individual pictures or videos, please add $30 per edit.

Media Information

Songs: Before selecting your songs, consult the price chart for package pricing. Be aware that any song requested will be purchased via ITunes™, if the song cannot be found on ITunes I will utilize other services to find it; if the song cannot befound then you will be asked to choose another song. If you want to provide a copy of your song(s), due so in mp3, wmvor m4a format, however please be advised that the quality of provided songs will not be altered upon receiving them.

Additional Song Information: Are you interested in a video with multiple verses from multiple songs separated bynarration, video or picture collages? Ask about music editing for your project, it’s a great way to dedicate certain verses toloved ones or identify special memories with heart-warming psalms. Standard package prices apply, add $35 for eachcollage desired. Please be advised that edited projects may take longer to complete.

Half the cost of your project is due before I will start its production, the other half is due upon your receipt of the project. Again thank you for your interest.
