TFA’S DOMINICAN REPUBLIC OFFICE HAS MERGED WITH COSTASUR TO

CREATE CASA DE CAMPO REAL ESTATEAs of October 1, 2013, TFA Dominican Republic has been renamed Casa de Campo Real Estate as part of a merger agreement with Costasur, the official brokerage arm of Costasure Dominica, developer of Casa de Campo. By combining resources and clientele of the two top real estate brokerages in Casa de Campo, the new company has naturally become the premier brokerage resource for villas, properties and rentals.

Five years ago, TFA recognized an opportunity to connect its clients with the kind of second home properties and amenities available only at Casa de Campo. Having created its own Multiple Listing Service there, TFA operated as an independent brokerage firm and quickly grew in size and reputation with an impressive 70% of transactions coming from within its worldwide network of clients. “This is a classic merger involving the companies with complimentary strengths that allows us to form a stronger sales team, an efficient web site and a better structure to market properties worldwide”, says Crista Ryan, President of Tina Fanjul Associates.
