King Swings is located in the heart of amish country, in Lancaster, PA. We are a fam-

ily owned and operated business, handcrafting quality playsets since 1988. From the

small and simple beginning sets... to the backyard dream swingset, all of our sets are

handcrafted by skilled amish craftsmen. Our sets are designed to bring your children

and grandchildren many hours and years of enjoyment and memories!

Important Safety Features:

• Hardware is plated to resist rusting

• Glider brackets, bridge rails, and fire-

man's poles are powder coated for

long-lasting protection

• Nuts and bolts are recessed to avoid

cuts and scrapes

• Construction is of non-toxic wood that

cannot harm children

• Corners are sanded smooth to avoid

skin tears and cuts

• Braided rope is used on swings to

prevent pinching fingers

• Gliders and swings have nylon bush-

ings for longer wear and less squeak-

ing noise

• Slides are plastic and will not get hot

in the sun

• Rubber sling-seats are used on

swings to avoid spllinters or hard

knocks to the head or body

• Playsets are tip-proof. An unlimited

number of children can play on them

and the unit will not tip over

• Gliders are designed without a scis-

sors motion, therefore no arms or legs

can get caught while in motion.

Swing Set Buyer Responsibility

All swing sets are delivered by a pickup truck and trailer. We will back into your site. If your site is not accessible (fences, hedges, etc.) we must know at the time of your order.

We are going into your yard at your request, therefore we do not accept responsibility for damage which may occur.

NOTE: Due to natural aging and the preserving process, pressure treated wood has a tendency to check and crack. The manufacturer and seller of this product have done their best to select quality wood to use in the construction of these playsets and in no way can be held liable for any checking and/or cracking that may occur. King Swings reserves the right to make minor prod-uct modifications to improve child safety and value of this equipment.

Stained

PaintedOur wooden swingsets are built with

pressure treated, yellow pine lumber. It

is treated to withstand harsh weather

elements, along with being attractive,

clean, and oderless. Our lumber is en-

vironmentaly safe, and more importantly

safe for your children. It is backed by a

limited lifetime warranty against decay

and insect damage.

Our stained sets are built of pressure

treated yellow pine lumber, covered

with a high quality, penatrating oil based

stain. This attractive stain will keep your

playset beautiful for years to come.

Our painted sets are built of pressure

treated yellow pine lumber, covered with

a high quality water based paint. We

have 13 different paint colors to choose

from. Only playhouses and playdecks

are available with paint. No components

that touch the ground will be painted.

(Example: A-frames, monkey bars, and

sand boxes are cedar stained)

King Swings warrants its swingsets used in residential applications.To receive warranty benefits, the enclosed warranty application must be filled out and mailed to King Swings within 90 days of purchase. Warranties are for original purchaser at the original installation address. Any alterations, relocation, or improper installation of your playset will void the warranty.

King Swings warrants that workmanship of your playset will be without fault for up to 2 years. We extend a limited lifetime warranty on all pressure treated lumber against decay & insect damage. In addition all canopies, sliding boards, metal components, swings and accesso-ries are warranted for 2 years from purchase.

King Swings products are not warranted as being suitable for a particular purpose. The suitability of the product is for the purchaser to deter-mine. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, failure to properly maintain the playset, or damage resulting from misuse or abuse of the product. All damage done by acts of nature such as lightning, storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes or any extreme weather conditions are not covered.

King Swings reserves the right to request photographs and/or physical evidence of the product claimed to be defective, and to recover prod-uct prior to any warranty work being authorized. All shipments of products returned for inspection will be paid by consumer. If the defect is covered by manufacturers warranty, the manufacturer will remedy the warranty claim within a reasonable time frame.

The remedy will consist of repair or replacement of the defective piece unless it is not practical. If this would be the outcome manufacturer will reimburse the original purchaser for the value of the defective piece.

Adult supervision is recommended while children are enjoying their playset. All children must maintain a safe distance from moving play equipment. For safety and comfort reasons, the manufacturer reserves the right to make design & structural changes without notice.

FAQ• Is pressure treated lumber safe for my children? Yes, pressure treated lumber is backed by a limited lifetime warranty

in residential applications, and is safe for your children.

• Can this lumber be painted or stained? Yes, as long as the wood is completely dry, you can stain or paint your playset.

• Will the slides get hot in the summer time? No, the plastic material will deflect the sun rays heat from the slides.

• Can a grown adult use the swings and gliders? Sure, go out and enjoy some fun with your children! All ropes,

swings, chains, and gliders are designed for adult weight.
