Controlling is like
playing a band. We
should work together
and hear what others
are saying.
Aleksander Socha
Controlling is not a
profession. You can't
teach someone to be
controller on the
University. You only
can give them tools of
controlling, because
you need to feel it!
Valentin Usenkov
Controllers should focus
on securing sustainable
profitability. It is very
important to define
what is such as
innovation that you can
create sustainability.
And this is task for the
controller.
Dr Walter Schmidt
Everything should be done as easy as , but not
easier. That’s why we’re here—to answer the
question where there is this border of the simplicity
of the consting system.

THANK YOU TO OUR PARTNERS
Dear Friends, Members of the International Controller Association
It was really a jump into deep water! Fierce discussions on how to increase
efficiency, how to reduce costs without reducing potentials, how to deal with
the times of the crises — 7th International Controller Congress is now the
past. You are never pleased with anything as much as with the success—and
our success is proved by the cast, attendees from leading Polish and
international companies and the great atmosphere.
I’m sure that also this year we managed to create a place where our
controlling community has a possibillity to exchange knowledge and
experiences. We could get to know Polish and foreign controllers — what
solutions do they search for in the times of constant changes? What do they do
to find the signs of the company’s development despite the crises, difficult
tasks and an enormous competition on the market?
I would like to thank all people who contribited to the success of the Congress: WG Leaders who
numerously appeared on the Congress, our Business Partners, our Media Partners and the whole
Organizational Team. Many thanks to all of you!
I’m looking forward to seeing you next year!
