EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This study was conducted at the annual Central California Women’s Conference held on September 17, 2013. Over 1900 surveys were collected from the estimated population of 3500

participants. 1200 randomly chosen surveys were used for this study. The results can be extrapolated to the population at a 95% confidence interval at +/- 2.3 percent.

The survey consisted of a combination of 16 variables/questions.

The survey was administered in order to identify:

Specific demographic characteristics of the participants Employment characteristics of the participants

Successful marketing strategies employed by CCWC administrators Past attendance of current participants

Possible future attendance
