new Birth Matters flyer/rack card; have booths or info stations at various spots-

festivals, malls, (RIR, Indian festival, etc.); co-ordinate with nursing students-

MCV; reach out to more organizations doing similar work- Health Dept, Becausewe are sisters, Chip, Family Life line, WIC; show more films, more often, to

smaller groups (bring back the business of being born).

    5. Next Steps: Send an email message to those who mentioned interest in either leading a committee,

or supporting and staffing local events. More details will be provided then about

determining a date and time for our first meeting, etc. Date set for next meeting

We will discuss the ideas we heard tonight, and share them with the appropriate

    committees for consideration.

    Please respond with:

    1. If you have looked over the website and have any input give specifics about what youwould like to see, what you are confused by, if you had trouble navigating, etc

    2. If there is a committee you want to be a part of and how involved you can be. This is just

to get an idea, not a formal commitment.3. If you can attend the next meeting scheduled forSaturday, February 9th 1-3 pm at

    Ellwood Thompson Community Room.
