Four difficult charting choices

•  Some of the people who took the survey were analysts –  Their perspective as expert

users is valuable –  However, the audience for

the survey favours removing their responses from the public reports

–  We’re removed them

•  We’ve used log values to make the charts more compact and legible

•  There are too many analyst "rms to show on charts. –  We’ve focused on the "rms

about whom the most respondents commented

–  Most charts show only those most mentioned

–  Let us know if you have more speci"c questions

•  In many charts we compare vendors with buyers –  Maximum total of those two

series is 200%
