ServiceService has become a lost art. But not at Lakani Tours! We believe that attitude is everything. anks to our caring, knowledgeable, international sta, service begins even before your the rst time you calling us, and continues throughout the entire journey.

Everything we do, we do from the perspective of our discerning travelers. We facilitate their needs with prompt, professional response. With decades of service behind us, we can often predict their desires and provide seamless enjoyment during the tour.

IntegrityHonest, straight forward answers; objective, sincere advice; and commitments and promises kept, are key to our continued success and the total enjoyment of the traveler. Travel agents, along with past and potential clients, frequently rely upon us for our advice about where, when, and how to travel.

We believe our high percentage of repeat clients, referrals, and reputation amongst our industry colleagues is the best indication of our integrity.

We also provide all the normal assurances and safeguards such as: trip cancellation insurance, registration as a California Seller of Travel (CST #2073277-50), IATAN Certicate of Accreditation, and payment of tour deposit through your preferred credit card.Naturally, references are available.

Choose Your Lakani Stylee dierence between purchasing o-the-rack and custom-tailored clothing is much like the dierence between a typical trip and a Lakani Journey. One size or style does not t all - nor should it. Lakani World Tours oers experiences in four dierent styles: Luxury Private Jet Tours, Private Journeys, Escorted Small Group Tours, and Custom Tours. For 2013, Lakani Tours’ A Tapestry of Cultures weaves unique, diverse excursions tailored for each traveler to exciting destinations worldwide.

With narrow focus, exceptional operational skills, and exclusive worldwide local contacts, we provide a handful of carefully crafted escorted group tours, private journeys, and private jet programs for our discerning travelers. From day one, we made a conscious choice to devote our resources to the quality and value of each tour, rather than promoting a high volume of tours. We have grown naturally through repeat business and referral, which to us is the greatest endorsement of all.

e four points of the Lakani Tours logo, similar to the directional arrows on a compass, symbolize that we not only operate our tours to all four corners of the world, but also represents the four fundamental principles that have been essential to our success.

Experience and InnovationHeidi Lakani, a former Vice President of one of the industry’s best known tour operators, founded Lakani Tours in 2003. Heidi created a new organization specically designed to implement and oer her unique personal vision of the very best in travel. And now, Lakani Tours turns 10! More than 30 years of working along side some of the travel industry’s true pioneers and legends, and in operating thousands of tours, has given her unparalleled experience, judgement, and insight. Joining Heidi, is a team of exceptional travel industry veterans, each with their own unique set of experience and competencies.

As a Lakani client or travel agent “partner”, rest assured that each tour is created and operated by an exceptional team with the sole focus of providing a rare travel experience.

Quality and ValueDicult to achieve on a global basis unless you are Lakani Tours. We consistently achieve quality and value based upon practical techniques of three core principles. First, we only create tours for clients who wish the very best that an area has to oer; and intentionally restrict the quantity of tours and numbers of travelers. Second, we recognize that quality is not inexpensive; however, value can be achieved through strong relationships with our global suppliers and decades of experience. ird, by achieving value, maintaining the highest quality possible, and exceeding the traveler’s expectations on each and every tour, we will prosper more in the long run than by attempting to maximize the prot on every tour.

Tour Managerse Tour Manager is one of the most important elements of any Escorted Tour. Lakani World Tours chooses only highly qualied and experienced Tour Managers for its Escorted Small Group Tours and Luxury Private Jet Tours because we know that the success of the journey largely relies on the competence and service of the leader. e Tour Manager of each escorted group is dedicated to making certain that each traveler’s expectations are exceeded, the manager is on duty 24/7 to achieve that goal. Whether the need is a special restaurant reservation or arranging a “spur of the moment” wedding, you can count on the Lakani Tour Manager to use their connections and skills to make it happen – if it is possible. Of course, the Tour Manager is primarily there to ensure that all aspects of the tour run smoothly and travelers receive the greatest value from each journey.
