Sant Ki Mahima (Glory Of The Sants)

Dhan Dhan Sant Baba Ji and all Sants of Akal Purakh Ji.

Sant ki Mahima kahi na jayee, (The glory of the Sants cannot be put into

words)

Sant ki seva sarb sukh payeee, (Serving the Sants one gets all happiness.)

Sants are Dhan Dhan (greatly blessed) doesn't matter from which religionsthey are.

All Saints are Beloved Of Akal Purakh (Immortal Being).

Sat Sangat (Truth Congregation)

" Vadhbaghi Har Sangat Bhavai "The very fortunate ones find the sangat (congregation) that is focussed on

SAT (Truth).

" Bhagheen Bhram Chota Khavai "The unfortunate ever dwell in doubt and confusion, and suffer pain.

" Bin Bhaga Sat Sang Na Labai "

Without good fortune, one does not find the sangat of Truth.

" Bin Sangat Mael Pareejai Jio "Without such sangat, the mind is ever consumed by filth.

Rather Than Just "Copy And Paste" We Also Have To "Do And Taste"

You can "copy and paste" (the divine wisdom) and share with others, butwhat we copy and paste we have to do it and taste it (experience it for

ourself). Bring our deeds in line with what we are reading.

Just talking about God or reading religious books is not enough, we must

also make our life like what the religious books are teaching us. All thereligions are basically teaching :-

Love, Compassion,

Kindness, Caring,

Selfless Service of those who need help.

Always think about the purpose of your life. Were you born just for ownenjoyment, or for sharing and caring for Sat Naam in everyone?

Meditate Even When We Are Not Doing Meditation

SAT (Truth) can only be realized by Divine Grace (GurParsaad).

For that we need a living preceptor, SAT GURU (Truth Guru).

Otherwise, our mind does not stop wandering even by remaining silent inconstant meditation.

Even having the Divine Grace we have to understand that meditation is not

just when we get up early and sit for 2.5 hours with a focused mind on SatNaam. We also need to keep our mind focused all day long. How? Well

meditate during the day by remembering Sat Naam inside as you go aboutyour daily life. Focus on your work when you need to focus, but when you

dont need to focus on work or your tasks, then bring your mind back toremembering "Sat Naam Sat Naam" rather than letting it race around).

And do all of your daily tasks with an attitude of selfless service for yourSatGuru, rather than feeling you hate your work or wishing you were

somewhere else or doing it for desire of rewards. This is how build up onour morning meditation and keep our mind focused during the day as well.

By mediating in the morning and then all day like this our:

Surat: conscience,

Mat: wisdom,

Munn: mind and

Budh: intellect

will all stay with Sat Naam by Sat Guru's Grace.

Charity Begins At Home

Many people do service and charity at their religious place, but dont apply

the same selfless attitude at home with their family. On this inner path,our selfless service starts at home, were we have to work on establishing a

foundation of love between the family.

So in your family work on the following:

- Let the family become a center of Truthful Living.

- Understand each other with sympathy.

- Create a mutual faith in each other with each member of the family readyto sacrifice for each other.

- No judgement of anyone.

- Live and let live.

- See Sat Naam's Light in each and everyone.

Even if other's are not willing to change their ways, at least you can work onyour own attitude towards the family and pray for the others. Praying for

other's reduces their karmic layers and with Guru's blessings they also calmdown over time. As you become more loving, caring, helpful and tolerant,

others also start doing the same.

We Are Not Enjoying Pleasure, But Pleasure Is Enjoying Us

We think we are the one who is enjoying pleasure, but the truth is that thepleasure is enjoying us.

Seeking pleasure has eaten up the allotted years of this precious life and our

mind has been consumed by the five thieves:

Lust, Anger,

Greed, Attachment and

Ego/Pride.

Maybe we are an expert in many fields of knowledge or have many, many

material skills with us, but without inner cleanliness, our mind is just like a

desert waste without any trace of love, mercy or the greatest hidden secretin our heart - Sat (Truth).

Learn From Mother Nature

When we walk around it is good to learn Spiritual Truths from MotherNature, for example:

A tree: -

- never complains about the rain, cold, heat, storms and any suffering as aresult,

- always give shade and fruits to whoever approaches,

- doesn't have any hatred or vengeance for those who cause it injury,

- doesn't seek any compliments from whoever is getting benefit from it,

- teaches us what Selfless Service (Nishkaam Seva) truly is.

A bird: -

- plays as it pleases,

- is not worried about collecting things for tomorrow,

- is content to make the best of any moment,

- is happy to just get what it needs for the current day.

Don't Waste Time Or Breath

When we came to this world we came empty handed. When we leave whatwe will take with us?

Only our good deeds will be remembered well by others after we have gone.

And it is our good deeds that go with our soul to Sat Naam's house.

If we want to change the world it will only begin with changing ourself first.

The place we begin to change ourself is where we are right now.

The time we can begin to change ourself is always and always now.

Start Truthful Living right now and care about each other.

Life is too short, no one knows if we will get the chance to take anotherbreath. So dont waste your breaths. We have to keep singing Sat Naam's

glory in our heart and keep helping others around us as much as we can.

Don't do Bhagti hidden away or just for your own self. Whatever you have,try and share with others too. If we see good and bad in others then we

are still under the mind. We have to get out from this mind game and live

by our heart (Hirdha / Energy Centre). Sat Naam lives in our Hirdha. Wehave to change our thought pattern. However fast we do that, is how fast we

become free from all of our attachment strings.

Look Within For Our Own Faults

Rather than pointing out the faults of others, we have to examine ourselves

and assure ourselves that we are free from faults.

But, rather than doing that it is interesting to see how we keep discoveringfaults in others and cover up our own faults, rather than admit to ourself we

have faults, then confess them and ask for forgiveness infront ofGod-Guru-Sangat, and then to fix them.

First, we have to rid ourself from faults then all will become pure and good.

That is the miracle of Divine Love.

In Divine Love there is no desire to find faults in others which can then lead

to hatred and discrimination,

When we have rid ourself of our own faults then all we have for others is just

love, love, love.

And seeing others with nothing but unconditional love can change even theworst sinner into the most precious saint. That is the love that Guru

Nanak Dev Ji had in the story of his meeting the mass murderer Sajan Tug,

whose ice-cold stone heart was transformed into a Sant - into Truth Itself.

Even in your own family life, instead of always picking faults with your

children and partner, just give them unconditional love, love, love and youwill find they too will be transformed. Otherwise picking faults in others will

just make them resent you and turn them into the very kind of person youDIDN'T want them to become.

Do Not Let Any Weakness Within Us Take Us Away From Truth

We should not let any weakness within us to take away from the right path.Even the smallest desire can lead to our downfall. For example, even thetiniest of holes in a large pot of water is enough to completely drain it out.

Similarly, even if we have a tiny sensory desire within us that we are still

holding onto, then that has overruled whatever divine wisdom we hadstruggled to collect throughout our life.

By holding onto even the tiniest of desires, it means we have merely been

listening to our Guru with one ear and letting it go straight out from otherthe other ear. We have not brought the Divine wisdom into our actions.

If we still have attraction for worldly things, that distracts us from the reality- Truth.

We should always be on guard as to what mistakes we are making that then

lead us towards evil.

Only great service and selfless love for Truth in all will help to keep us on theright path.

Divine Qualities For Worship

Please read this list of divine qualities and earn them in daily life if we want

to become like God -

contentment, patience,

humbleness, love,

devotion, forgiveness,

kindness,

being truthful, seeing Truth,

speaking Truth, hearing Truth,

delivering Truth, serving Truth,

faith and trust, commitment and belief, sacrifice, generosity,

winning over mind and Maya, desirelessness, no doubts in God and Guru and no double-mindedness (Dubidha), no illusions and delusions,

complete surrender with full and complete commitment,

devotion and love for Supreme God-Guru (Gur) and Guru, loss of your own identity (me, mine, my)

surrendering everything within (body, mind and wealth) to theSupreme Guru-God (Gur) and Guru.

Worries Are Created by Us Not Given by Sat Naam

Worries are created by us not given by Sat Naam.

If we are consumed with worries then life looks miserable and feels

unbearably long. But, without worries we feel great like we were born justnow.

When we worry we lose the connection to God in our heart (Hirdha) and in

the end there will be no one to take care of us. Worries just give us

sickness and pain and nothing else. So why worry about anything? Just letthe situation be exactly how Sat Naam wants it to be.

If we watch the weather channel and they say it will rain tomorrow, can we

stop rain? No we can't stop it. Then why do we worry about the coming

rain and ruin our present moment? Enjoy this moment and do Sat NaamSimran.

If we have to worry about something, then worry about doing good deeds.If you want to desire something then just desire for Sat Naam because only

these will bring peace and love.

Learn From Destructions In Life

Sat Naam warns us, now and again, through destructions in our life. We

have to stay positive and learn from these incidents, rather than complainabout them.

We see that many destructions have come to people which then cause them

to remember Sat Naam. But, after just a few days, they get busy in theirown same old habits and forget Sat Naam again.

We can learn from destruction in other people's lives too. For example,

when we see the news of wars and natural disasters leading to the death ofmany people, we see that Sat Naam is teaching us no one escapes the Lawof Karma - what they have sown they are now reaping.

So it is better we start doing good deeds right away. Start now, dont

delay. Sow good now, reap good in the future. Sow Sat Naam in yourheart and you will reap seeing Sat Naam in one and all and you will love all.

Most people are just sowing complaints and reap a miserable outlook on lifedue to a sick mind. When people complain they have forgotten to

appreciate and thank God for all the things they do have. Just like the giftyou get but have no value for because you got it for free and it wasn't what

you wanted. Rather than complain or be disappointed, no matter what thegift is, it is better to thankful to the one who gave us the gift and offer

thanks to Sat Naam too, as it was with Sat Naam's blessings we got the gift.

No matter what destruction happens in your life or around you, always bethankful to Sat Naam and to others - no complaints. Always focus on what

you can appreciate rather than be negative. Even when eating, be thankful,rather than grumpy about your meal. Nowadays people like to argue about

whether to eat meat or not. If meat is served to you, dont complain and

be offended, just appreciate it and thank Sat Naam for He is the Giver. Nomatter what food you eat, life has been destroyed in order for you to eat it.

Instead of feeling bad or complaining, just appreciate all the life that hasbeen taken in order for your life to carry on existing. So dont waste this

life you still have in useless deeds, do Sat Naam simran instead, and your

prayers for all the life forms that have died for you to live, will help to freeall of those souls.

Bow to you all.

Sant Sangat (Saint Congregation) is the great sangat where the teaching is

only about Sat Naam.

The Sant welcomes one and all into the Sangat because the Sant has nodiscrimination against anyone and judges no one.

From the Sant we can all receive the Eternally Blessed Name "Sat Naam"(Gurparsaadi Naam) which reveals our inner Divine Light (Prabh Jyot) andDivine Energy (Naam Amrit). The Sant gives equally to one and all.

However, what we actually receive from the Sant in the Sangat all dependson what kind of devotee we are. Depending on what kind of inner pot wetake to the Sant Sangat determines what we actually take home with us.

If there is a hole in our pot, we will take nothing from the Sant Sangat. Even

though the Sant is the giver to all equally, some will become radiant andbright but others will be full of doubts and slander.

When we go to any Sant Sangat leave our mind at home, only go with a true

and humble heart. mind is the pot and if mind in duality then we will look atSant sitting in his presence and judge him/her. Go with love and receive love

in Sant Sangat.

Banish Duality (Dubidha) and Get Sat Naam's House

Duality is the mental sickness running average human beings. It makes

those people discriminate against each other and it wont let you see SatNaam in all.

If we banish duality (seeing other than God everywhere):

we can unite with Sat Naam we become wealthy because dependence on the Sat Naam alone. have no more fear,

have no more desires, gain strength, freedom from rebirth,

attain union with Sat Naam give up all attachments meaning we surrender all

have no more thoughts of "I, me and mine".

So, banish duality from your mind and get freedom from this death/birth

cycle.

To banish duality we need a living preceptor, Sat Guru, because without aliving preceptor we cannot get out of this sickness.

Respect All The Holy Books From All The Religions

In all religious holy books the prime focus is Truth (Sat) - Sat Naam.

All of those explanations are just telling us how we can become free fromworldly things and get rid of our five vices and free our soul and get back toLight. So read any religious book regardless of which religion it is from,bring those virtues into your daily life. In every action do good. This will

lead you to the Living Preceptor, Sat Guru, who will give you the Eternal

Blessings of Naam. Without this Grace of the Guru, you cannot get outfrom this Maya's (Mammon) Ocean.

So read the holy books, put the wisdom into action, make your deeds good,

pray for the Grace of the Guru and then do Truth all the time and surrenderall.

Don't Keep Saying "I Love You"

Love is God, God is Love. Don't make a joke out of this word "Love".

Don't keep saying "I love you, I love you, I love you." Understand thattrue love is complete sacrifice of yourself in order to serve the Truth and

others.

Love is not just the relation between bodies - that is just lust or attachment,

but it is not love. Any relationship on this Earth is just a compromisebetween two people and it is just the Law of Karma that is playing out

between them.

Love is to just surrender our mind infront of the other person. See God inthem and serve them expecting nothing in return. Where there is love,

there is God. That is Truthful Living. Where there is hate, jealousy, fear andanimosity there is Maya.

brain that can deal with these situations and move forward. We are capableof handling any situation that arises in our life. Sat Naam gave us everything

that we need to live life. So never run away from your problems, face them.We have to think of each problem that comes as life teaching us a lesson.

Learn from it and move forward. Whatever mistakes we made in past, justlearn from them and don't repeat them.

May Sat Naam bless us all to do keep doing :- Good for Others, Live for Others,

Live in Harmony, Live in Truth,

Serve Truth.

Take Control Of Our mind and Tongue

We have to get out of the negative and positive sides of the mind. Like two

extremes of a swing, we are tossed from side to side.

We have to take steps to stop the negative mind's thoughts. Because the

negative (destructive) mind always keep roaming here and there for noreason. If our mind thinks thoughts like taking revenge or slandering we call

that bad. When we think bad about others we are sowing bad karma. Wehave to stop this negative mind and instead just keep doing Sat Naam and

stay alert to fight with these thoughts.

We also have to get out from the positive (desire) side of the mind. Thepositive mind mostly keeps us in desires. The positive mind always make

us do something good, but its downfall is that it expects something in returnlike praise or promotions. So be positive and do what is for the benefit ofothers without expecting something in return.

If we get too much negativity in our mind we may lose control of our tongueand may say bad words to others - swearing, harsh and unkind words.Speaking like that shows our state of mind. When we say bad words then we

are generating even more bad karma. We don't have to wound others bytaunting and insulting them. When we do that we are not seeing Sat Naam

in their heart. We don't need to give these kinds of wounds to even ourenemies because Sat Naam lives in their heart too. We only have to fight

with the thoughts in our mind. If we fight with our own thoughts and takecontrol of our mind then the tongue cannot wound others.

Sat Naam Living is fighting with own bad habits not fighting with others. In

Sat Naam Living there is no place for this negative and positive mind and

cursing tongue. It is better do Sat Naam and put this tongue into praising.

Praising Sat Naam is not only saying God is Great, praising Sat Naam ispraising all his Creations.

Without True Love and Devotion We Can Not Reach Sat Naam

The path that leads to Sat Naam's house is the path of love and devotion.

We call this path Prema Bhagti.

We cannot do Prema Bhagti if our mind is stubborn. We have to teach thisstubborn mind to follow the Truth and not to argue with anyone.

We have to teach this mind that we cannot win Sat Naam with singing,reading, playing music or partying.

We cannot win Sat Naam by giving pain to our body. We cannot win Sat

Naam by buying ritual readings or paying priests to perform ceremonies onour behalf.

We cannot even win Sat Naam through meditations, yoga exercises, spiritual

practises and even accumulating divine knowledge from all the holy books.

Without the Eternal Blessings of Naam (Gurparsaadi Naam) from the Guru,we can never win Sat Naam.

But having received the Eternal Blessings, if we do Naam Simran (Meditationon Sat Naam) and Seva (service without any desire for reward) we will just

keep becoming lowest of the lowest.

We do Simran and Seva to teach this stubborn mind to become low becausethis mind is always roaming here and there.

For example when a child goes to school, first the school teachers keep them

busy all day long then give them homework to do to keep them busy athome. Whoever pays attention to their school work and homework will

become successful in life. So we also have to keep this mind busy inSimran and Seva. Our task is to keep this mind busy and walk on the

spiritual path. But never become proud thinking I know better than

others, realize that is just the stubborn mind fooling us.

We have to make our spiritual journey smooth not complicated; only we can

do if we work on stubborn () mind.

Agiaani andhaa bahu karam drirhaae. Mann hathi karam hiri jonee paae.Bikhiaa kaaran lab lobh kamaavahi durmat kaa doraahaa he ||9||:

The ignorant (of spiritual life) and blind (in love of Maya) cling to all sorts of

rituals. They stubborn-mindedly perform these rituals, and are consigned toreincarnation For the sake of poison (Maya), they act in greed andpossessiveness; evil-minded duality (arises in their life-journey. ||9||.

Spiritual teachings, understandings, and wisdom does not matter this kind of

person read all the holy books, cannot get clear message from Holy books,because stubborn mindedness person will read these books and find

mistakes according to his own mind.

Using his own knowledge and keep judging others ego and pride will takeover this person and become personality like this. This kind of person will

become Selfish No Belief Bull Headed

No Kindness in Heart Impatience Live in fanaticism Evil minded

If we think we wear any religious dress and we will get salvation, then we

are part of religious wearing in stubbornness, not spiritual. If we wear anyreligious dress but not dominate us, then wearing dress is fine. We are not

here to judge anyone, who is what, how person looks outside, if we believein Sat Naam then all is him. Now Sat Naam wants to wear what let him

wear. Only thing we have to see is Sat Naam in all and bow to all, because

all is him. If we wear anything rituals and we think we are greater thanothers, then we are stupid nothing else, then we are fool nothing else. Better

we get out from this non-sense. Just do what we have to do, just fight withour stubborn mind not with others.

If we calculate what we are doing then we have stubborn mind not spiritualbeing heart.Some people say "I do these many ritual readings." If we are calculating but

not learning from those readings and not bringing in action then we will loseour life. We have to read and listen then become what we read or listen. It

means we are stubborn what we read or listen we don't want to do thatwhat scriptures saying. Better we work on our mind and teach our mind

again and again, better than listening or reading those scriptures again and

If we sing religious songs or Kirtan or Bhajans and those Kirtan or songs orBhajans don't go to our hearts then we still stubborn mind person. We never

think we are spiritual being. Spiritual being sings Sat Naam Ji's glory andthey sing from heart and they live from heart. They don't sing for money.

They don't sell their cassettes or their songs. Better if Sat Naam gives usthis gift we sing his glory and never ask price for it. Leave it up to Sat Naamhow Sat Naam has to give us reward for this.

Now we are thinking vegetarian or non-veg, or in which pot we cooknon-veg, we won't cook veg food. This is also our stubborn mind notspiritual beings living. Spiritual beings always think " Jo Devay So Khaiay, JoShakay So Shakai ". Stubborn mind person always try to teach others this is

supposed to be eaten that is not suppose to be eaten. Someone doesnt eat

meat, someone say eat. Never desire for anything what Sat Naam gives toeat just enjoy and thanks to Sat Naam.

If we think all the time about destruction about others, it means we are

stubborn minded person not Spiritual Beings. Spiritual Beings always thinkSarbat Da Bhalla (May everyone be blessed). So we have to teach our mind

Sarbat Da Bhalla (May everyone be blessed).

We Are Not Better Than Animals If We Don't Realize The Purpose Of

Human Life

Human life is not just to be wasted; we have to realize what the truepurpose of human life is. What all of us do, wake up morning time not early

just late and just start walking like animals, and keep wandering like pig,crow and dog. We think all day long we are greater than everyone else whois in our surroundings. Then keep eating all day and night time, we fill up

our big belly and sleep like animals.

What is the difference between us and animals? Nothing - nothing at all.We are animals with two legs that's the only difference we have, if we arejust wandering around and eating and sleep and not remembering Sat

Naam. We are eating and shitting and just keeping ourself alive. Whenanimal dies even after death animals are useful like from bones we can

make fertilizer, leather we can use and we are useless if we don't donate ourbody and if we donate our body then someone can use. Better when we

start our day before our feet touching to the ground thanks to Sat Naam fornight and thanks to Earth. Keep saying thanks to everyone surrounding us

and keep reminding our mind we don't have to waste our life for no reasonand keep teaching our mind Truth, Truth, Truth and we have to make our

attitude to do gratitude.

Better We Get Out From Caste and Intercaste

If we believe in caste and putting that non-sense on our own kids and wantto keep our status in the society and playing with our kids life, we are in Hell

and we are creating hell surrounding us. Lets kids have their own decisionsof life. See how God plays in nature. One plant many coloured leave. Treenever says to leaves that all of you have different colours. Plants never giveguilt to leaves. But our ego and pride is giving guilt to our own off springs.

Let them make decisions of their own life. Sat Naam Sat Naam Sat NaamSat Naam Sat Naam Sat Naam. In Sat Naam's house, there is nodiscrimination, caste and boundaries. Better we become God beings. If weare saying we are human and have humanity the see Sat Naam in all. All is

him. All is one. Don't downplay others by saying Low Caste or anything.

Better we grow up by leaving this non-sense thinking.

Don't Be Selfish Person, Be Caring and Loving Person

We are sharing something here with Sat Naam's grace. Please accept it andtry not to live for self.

Selfish person if get sick let us say- Kidney problem or need blood. Selfish

person can get kidney or blood from anyone by paying money. If that kidneycoming from poor or any caste person or any religion or even who he/she

call enemy, this person is ready to pay any cost to survive in this society tokeep his own body healthy.

As soon as selfish person recover health, cannot keep good relation withthose poor people or donor try to sell their blood or kidney to person who issurviving. Selfish person thinks he/she paid money got from those people.

Selfish person only count these things just by money. A Selfish person keeps in mind hatred and judges others, thinks

he/she is better than anyone else. Selfish person always true to keep me first attitude.

Selfish person try to manipulate and make schemes how to get maxfrom others for self because of greed.

Selfish person just under ego and pride influence and can harmanyone.

The person who can give their kidney to make someone else healthy and sellkidney or donate blood, better we learn from that person. Whoever selling

kidney is giving good health to others and selling kidney to support his/herfamily needs.

Better we learn from those people. Which way selfish person ready to get

anything for any price for won betterment, then why we cannot Love all,

Respect all, God teaching us Love and Care from here and there. Weshould not become like selfish person, we should Server all, Love all, in each

and every Heart only One God.

What We Have To Watch and Keep a Track Of Our Spiritual Journey

Sometimes we are thinking we are doing good deeds and we are fine and we

will get out of death and birth. What we have to watch each and every day.

Let us say if we gave anything to anyone by calculative mind, is not giving.Giving from the heart is the true giving.

If all day long we provide some food or clothes or money or something tosomeone needy, it will count as good deeds. Even volunteer service in any

Computer is idiotic machine. If we download all the holy books on thecomputer's hard drive, computer won't become holy book yes but it will

become collection of all the holy books. After loading all the holy books onthe hard drive computer will stay computer, same as if we load of the holybooks on the donkey back, donkey will stay donkey. Today everyone read

holy books and save those holy books in their own minds and someone ask

anything, they answer so quick like computer, but in action they don't do,we don't have to become idiotic machine like computer or stay like donkey.We have to earn wisdom in action and deliver to others in action not just

sayings. We have to make sayings and doings one. We don't have tobecome scholars by reading holy books, we have to become beggar of SatNaam's house. We don't have to become clever scholars for gossips we have

and give shape to our own destiny. What we think all day that will be our

thoughts. Good thoughts will change our miserable life; bad thoughts willgive us more miseries in our own life first, then surrounding us. Thoughtsfor fear and worry create fear within us, seed of fear we grow with us and

tree of fear we grow within us. Fear and worries fill up poison in our life anddestroy the harmony. Now other side of thoughts courage, joy, cheerfulness

and truth provide us healing and cure us instead of irritating or arguing withothers. Always have faith and stay in truth. Always be positive and

cheerful, keep smiling and keep laughing these things will give positiveenergy.

What kind of our thoughts we have define our personality. Who we are, we

will attract those kind of people, sick person will attract sick person, doctor

will attract doctor, and saint will attract saint people.

If we put normal person who is not drinking put in bar, that fellows thoughts

will change and will start drinking, one person we put with company ofthieves will start stealing things because what all day we think we willbecome. Only saint won't get affect from this because they know how to

balance things. If we put one saint in pub or thieves company saint willchange them by his/her thoughts.

Give mind a thought, about greed just one thing; mind will create a big story

of thoughts. Let us say this way. Give mind one thought of any celebrationlike BIRTHDAY PARTY, this is only one celebration birthday party, now mind

will start giving birth to many thoughts like, we need candles, cake, plates,napkins, spoons, table, table cloth, camera, who will come, who will put cakefirst in birthday person's mouth, all the arrangement, who will bring cake,

who will cook food or bring food, etc........etc. it won't end and many, manystories will become our thoughts, and remember one thing thoughts never

die. Steal one thing from somewhere then see thought pattern how fastbecome big, big thoughts plant. Cheat with someone, now watch how mind

want to find other thoughts to hide this cheat. Life is just too live in a simpleway not make life complicated. Try to understand how thoughts work.

Soul come and soul will go, this body is just a holiday inn, then why we are

getting attached with this body too much and so with our surroundings. Why

we are so proud of this body, relatives and things we have. It is notforever, just to realize ourselves the purpose of human life. Where are theall the past Kings/queens, they all are gone and left their bodies right here

on this earth, someone burnt their bodies or put under the ground accordingto their own religious ceremonies. We can see past dictators those were so

proud in their own ego and pride, at end we all seen, what they took withthem when they left. e.g., Iraqs leader Saddam Hussein left Iraq, Ravan

made Sri Lanka city out of Gold left behind him. They were so ignorant foolin their own ego and pride, when they were alive they were thinking they

are the only one, no God being on this earth, now we can see historywhat happened to them at the end. We came naked, and we will go naked.

Better we learn from those fools of ego and pride, not leave bad deeds like

them, and leave good deeds behind us like saints Bhagats. Better we learnfrom those fools of ego and pride, like Saddam Hussein and Ravan not to

become like them, they killed many people, they created terror for human

beings. Today we call them fool of ego and pride and they did not loveanyone, and they were just busy in their own ego and pride and gotattached to keep collecting things. Better we love all humanity as Sat Naam.

Without Naam, There is no Peace

Without Naam there is no peace, all is temporary not forever. When we do

Sat Naam Sat Naam to keep this mind calm down then sublime heart willbloom that peace is sublime peace and forever. Rest all we are doing comeunder mind game and all are corrupt and waste not forever. Hell is

nowhere else, person who fall into household attachments is going to thedark black hole. This is hell living right on this earth. Attached person

cannot get salvation - not at all; this soul who attached to family or thingswill stay in death and birth and keep wandering again and again here and

there.Without living preceptor we cannot find the way to get sublime peace. Find

the living preceptor who just teach how to live life truthfully and teach to dotruthful deeds, go to that congregation and sit there and do meditation,

Person keeps away others from truth and keeps in Rituals. Person keeps teaching false teachings.

Person serving others as burden not with joy. Person judge others and point finger to others.

Person looks faults in others. Person serving others by mind not by heart.

Person lives for self not for others.

Pleasure is very short term feeling. Negative and positive thought persons

both say it is my pleasure like; someone going to temple or church everyday and keep going it is his/her pleasure going to temple or church, drunk

make mind happy. The emotional pleasure is part of the ego, when wedealing with people. We start saying happiness. Is it happiness, no not atall?

behavior(always ups and down), then come social status(When we get somerespect in society we feel happy), then money after money we want to enjoy

life like king, want to buy luxury and expensive things then travelling etc.,etc. Temporary happiness as soon as we lost something or someone die in

family or someone slander us front of society, color of temporary happinessso fast, all us see and watching everyday here and there. Temporary

happiness makes time being happy not forever.

Money can buy us pleasure and whatever we want to buy, but not truehappiness.

True happiness:

True happiness just comes with devotion; without grace we cannot get true

happiness. True happiness that our soul seeks is an internal experience.When our soul is content and is maintaining a connection with the Divine,

only then we get to experience true happiness.And this is the happiness never ends. True happiness doesnt come and go.

It stays with us, inside us and it will become a part of us forever.

Person who has True happiness, who will come close to this fellow startfeeling happy and contentWhen we get true happiness, this will be our presence, simple presence,

changes the whole atmosphere of our surroundings.And no matter what tragedy may strike us, it stands by our side, always,

because true happiness doesnt arise from outside factors, the control offactors over true happiness is nothing.

surroundings start calling us by the name given to us by our parents, thenparents add our middle name then last name

with our first name given by parents. We forgot our real-self, we were soul and we are soul.

We put many titles with our names too. We lost in villages, country and in this world.

Our soul on one mission and that mission is to get out from death andbirth.

We have to go all the way back from today we stand. We have to become nameless means we have to forget about this

world, country, village, our titles,our last name, middle name and first name.

From inside we have to become nothing, these names were not ourchoice, given by our parents or

grand parents or our surroundings.

We have to use these names for identification for this artificial life. We born from reality and reality is light or Sat (Truth).

We have to keep doing truthful deeds and live this life withoutdominating by these titles and names.

Become nothing. Only nothing will be nameless.

Nameless person's quality, even people sing his/her glory or slanderhim/her, and nameless person stay stable and in bliss.

Nameless person will serve and love, friends and foes alike

We have to become nameless and merge back in light. Keep doing truthfuldeeds without any rewards of titles. No title or name goes with soul, only

truthful deeds.

Guilt, Let it go. Guilt will keep us in Fear

In these days, in temples or churches or mosques or any religious places,

Managements or priest class give past stories to us there,

what happened in past what True Masters did for us, to bring people inandmake money and pay their own needs.

True Master left guidelines for us to follow the truth not follow the crowd.These managements are not teaching us truth but giving guilt to us. Theyare not teaching us Gods love; they want to preach us Anger, Judgments

around many bundles of guilt, if we do that we can hardly serve our

brothers/sisters in this world. We will catch up in whats happened in ourpast history and we wontbe able to pay attention on the present moments.

If we hurt someone today, we have to amend for it. If we are carrying around guilt we have to make apology.

If we cant apologize to people then we are in ego and pride. If we keep carrying guilt because of us made mistake, we have to

confess our misdoings fromthose we hurt them by knowing or unknowing.

We have to let it go all the guilt. We have to live in moment of truth not inpast. Past and future will eat our moment of truth and keep us in swing.

Become helpful to those are surrounding us.

Just Fog Layer Between Love and Hate

Love is sacrifice, and no one ready to sacrifice anything for anyone.

All of us say "Love You".mind is illusion, in mind we reside verbally love and hate word side by side,

in between only just layer of FOG.We can see this layer disappears so fast, when something happen in our own

lives. For Example:

When our surroundings do something good like kids get good grades we say

love you to our kids and when they do something wrong then we say to ourkids hate you. Same thing kids use for parents too when their demands

won't fulfill. We are using these love and hate words every day. Got goodjob we say love my life, lost job hate my life.When we need something from someone we say love to that person, ifperson cannot help us then we say hate this person. Where our Ego and

Pride get feed back good we use "love" word, as soon as get any set back toour Ego and Pride, we use "Hate" word. Just wall of Fog between Love and Hate.We can realize our real love towards our kids and to our surroundings.

We live in this format our whole life and don't want to realize what is realmeans of love.

We don't want to live from heart.mind cannot sacrifice, only mind will surrender when our love is from heart

and we are ready to sacrifice.

Without sacrifice no love just accommodation.

What We Want To Become- Lower Self beings or Higher Self beings

Lower Self beings:Lower self beings are those full with Ego and pride.

These kinds of beings burnt themselves and others.These beings get always on the Hot plate cannot recognize what happening

to them.When Ego and Pride turns into Anger/Revenge, then their saying/doing get

wounds and give wounds to others.Their wounds they cannot recognize because of Ego and Pride.They cannot save them from the Ego and pride; they are ignorant and willstay ignorant.

No one can win Lower self beings.They always show them higher than others and give guilt to others.They always looking to harm others and make others fool.Lower self beings are all full of negativity.

Higher self beings:Higher self beings first quality is Acceptance, who accepts pains/pleasure as

one.These kind of persons full with Compassion, Kindness, Humility, Gratitude,

Benefit to others,Polite, truthful, Full with Purity, Self control, Sympathy for others, Loyal,

Love for all,Joy in Selfless service, Discipline, Forgiveness and Tolerance.

There words are ointment to others.These beings always content and stay in peace.

This fool just put thought here, now we have to decide what we have to

become Lower Self beings or Higher Self beings. Become Ointments forothers not give the wounds.

Without Changing Our Attitude We Cannot Stay In Positive Energy

Until we wont change our attitude we will stay sick from mind and never getpeace in our own life.Most of the problems we are creating because of our own attitude.

Lets share these examples and we can find how we create hell in our life.

Student going to school want to become successful in life, but neverhappy going to school and always complaints about home work and

create own hell and always stay in negative thoughts and worries.

All of us need money but when we work, we always complaints.

We want things but dont want to take care. Student, working person and house wives have to think they have

opportunity in life to learn something, earn and roof upon our head.If we change our attitude we can become positive person.

We go to school happily and learn something and become successful inlife, and then we can help others.

We go to work go happily because we have job and money coming topay our needs.

Taking care home and thanks to Sat Naam we have roof upon ourhead.

We think we have house and house is just material, if we put love inthe house that will become Sweet Home.

We work hard but always complaints. We have to change our attitude then we can live happily in life.

Lets change our attitude and do everything happily and live in peace.

We cannot help ourselves and others if we have negative attitude. Better we change our attitude others wise we are the culprits those are

creating hell for us.Sat Naam bow to you all, love you all, dust of each and everyones lotus

Truth Gives Us Foundation To Do Good Deeds Not Lies

Truth gives us foundation to do good deeds but lie doesnt give us anyfoundation to stand for do any good deeds.

When we lie then we always in fear if someone know tomorrow about our liethen where we will go, what we will do, how we handle to this situation.Hide one lie we have to speak thousands lie until we cannot satisfy personstanding front of us. One lie we keep digging hell for ourselves. Better we

start our life in truth and we dont have to waste our energy for anything.In truth is only gain no loss. We have started our life in truth, starting truthnever late. Whatever happened in our past let go, live in moment of truthand move on the path of truth.

Where Ever Control There Is No Truth

All of us born, and from birth we are under control of parents, religion and

society. Parents raised us which religion they born and parents risen theyborn. They were under control of their parents and we were/are under their

control. Where control there is no love, nor independence.

If in our families there was truth then there suppose to be total surrender

otherwise parents lived their lives in an illusion and we are living our lives inan illusion. We have to respect our parents but not stay under control if

there is no truth. Some parents lost their lives under control for self respector family respect. Without truth in Sat Naams house no respect.

If our parents lost their lives under control because of fear of their parents,religion or society, what people will say to them? Parents did not do

anything wrong but they just tried to keep family values just in formalitiescould not speak truth.Today is 21st century; if parents were under control could not served thetruth then we can do our share. We dont have to judge parents or give

them guilt of disrespect them. We have to stay in truth and not stay underany control. In truth we dont need formalities. Truth is truth. In truth nofear/control. Never late to let go our past, always learn from past, gooddeeds our parent did. What they could not do under control or fear. If any

religion teaching us control there is no truth. Truth will set us free. Do

truth, live in truth and better live and let other live. Truth will create love nothate. Keep going until we wont feel good not in Ego just in Truth. We

cannot feel good all the time until we stay in Truth all the time. We donthave to defend others but we have to live in truth. We have to control

ourselves what we have to do and what not to do. When one try to controlothers or situation it only create pains.

True Love

True love is freedom to just love without restrictions. True love is onlysacrifice. Sat Naam Sat Naam Sat Naam Sat Naam Sat Naam, bow to you

all, love all, dust of each and everyones lotus feet Sat Naam.

Mammon(Maya) Eating Us

Mammon(Maya) eating us without teeth and very slowly.In Maya we grow and lost our path towards from truth(Sat Naam). When Sat

Naam take any test how truthful we are just it is smack on our face. Truth

won't give us any time. Truth will take test anytime to see us how strong weare in our faith. Sat Naam will take test from our surroundings to test ourfaith. Always be ready to face the truth and where ever truth coming to test.

Leave Maya and live in truth then we are not worried about any test SatNaam takes.

Actions are Better than Intentions

We can say many things or may be intentions for good things until we dontbring in action are just intention or saying. No one can see our intentions

within us good or bad.When we do in action something then people say, this person intention was

this to do. We can have great kind, caring and loving heart and our mind todo good for others, no one can judge us without our action.

E.g., if we put two eggs in one plate one hard-boiled egg and onewithout boiled egg until we dont break those eggs we dont knowwhich one boiled and which one not boiled.

So, with our action people will know what our intentions are and what kind

of heart we have. Better we do in action good deeds then people canunderstand our heart by our doings. Good intentions are good but actionsare far greater than anything. Intentions only we know within ourselves but

doings everyone will know. Do good deeds in action.

Be wise/well in deeds, not be wise/well in words/sayings

Most of us very well in words but not in deeds.

Until we dont make good words part of our life these are only words notgood deeds. We read many wisdom and we say many wise words to others.

By reading or saying we wont become wise or good person until we dontbring in action. Be wise in deeds not just wise in saying and reading.

Our True Character When We are Alone and Think No One Watching

Us

What we are, who we are what is our Character. Our true character whenwe are alone and we think no one watching us and whatever we do, think in

those moments is our true character.One thing always keep in mind may be human is not watching us but SatNaam sitting within us and without saying anything knows everything

whatever we are thinking or doing. When we are alone that is the greatest

time to thanks to Sat Naam, sit and do simran. These moment Sat Naamgiving us this is gift to us to do simran. When we are alone then we sell ourmind to other things then we complaint we don't have to time to do simran.

We never alone and Sat Naam watching us all the time. We can go toGurdwara or any Congregation and sit with everyone and do very goodthings or polite things that is only formality. If we make our living all the

time in truth then we don't have to do any formality. True character neverlet us feel alone. True character will take us out from duality of the mind.

Start doing Truth and Take off the Formalities Mask From our Face

All of us do show off to other, formal love to others, two faces all the time.

Better we start doing truth and take off the formalities mask from our faceand what we do in formalities if we start doing in reality, we can make this

earth paradise. We don't have to do show off, if Sat Naam gave ussomething that is Sat Naam's grace at the end everyone and everything stay

behind. We don't have to do formalities in relationship or friendship. Live lifetruthfully then we don't need to do any formalities.

Live Truthful Life, at the End it will be Sweet

Live truthful life, at the end it will be sweet.

Most of us eat lunch/dinner every day, mostly we eat dessert at the end.

Which way sweet comes at the end so living life truthfully at the end it willbe sweet.

If we don't have truthful thought and we don't live our inside life what we

want to live then we are prisoner of our surroundings. Most of the time wewant to do good to others but because of our surroundings we cannot do

those things. Until we are sitting in box, does not matter family box orreligion box we are prisoner because family and religion always says do this

and don't do this. If anything come good from inside just do it. We don'thave to stay prisoner of our surroundings. Respect all but never stop for

doing good for others. Each breath we are taking actually we are losing fromthis life. If we don't put each breath for goodness then at the end we will

stay prisoner of death and birth.

Sacrifice our Comfort Zones is Spiritual Growth

Going towards Sat Naam (God) jis house means we are going to be out offour Comfort Zones.

We can see our Spiritual growth ourselves. If we are looking for our

spiritual growth means we have to sacrifice our comforts and provide somecomfort to others. Sacrifice only starts when we devote sometime inselfless service. Most of us say we dont have time for meditation but rest

we can do everything else. Just sacrifice little sleep and we have enoughtime for meditation. We can make any excuse in life, but for meditation and

selfless service there is no excuse in spirituality. How big sacrifice that bigour spirituality. Without sacrifice we are feeding our mind only and only

excuses. Person with excuses will teach mind laziness and become more

Today everyone running in race and compete others and lost the peace.

Everyone comparing with others.When everyone is unique then why we have to compare with others for no

reason. Everyone has their own destiny and we dont have any idea whattheir journey is for. Comparing sometime take us in jealousy and hate.

When jealousy and hate go on the peak then we create enemies. This hell isnot created by others this hell created by our own mind because of
