Ends, Ways and Means – 1

• Intermediate stepping stone towards envisaged (regional) “End State”:

– Linked ‘Civil – Military Command and Information Centres’, with a clear, unambiguous Chain of Command, and with an endorsed regional reach

– Coherence in Training and Education investments

• Note: the ‘End State’ must be periodically reviewed!

Is there a need for a recognised Clearinghouse for all activities? – 1

• “Yes” (I personally believe so…!)• Consensus – to what level?

• In the spirit of the Paris Declaration (2005) and Accra Agenda for Action (2008): Ownership – Alignment – Harmonisation – Results – Mutual Accountability – Inclusive Partnerships
