Attire: The dress code for all Summit-related activities is business casual. Dressing in layers is recommended as meeting rooms can be cool.

Cancellation Policy: A $275 administrative fee will be applied to any cancellation at any time. After March 29, 2011, cancellation of any and all registrations —and including “no shows”—is subject to the full Summit fee. An organization may substitute one executive for another at any time at no charge.

Payment Policy: Payment must be made in U.S. funds and is due on or before March 29, 2011. Please make checks payable to Linkage. Only one discount offer may be applied per registration. Full tuition must be received in U.S. funds and is due at the time of registration.
