Integrated Educational Strategies is a consult-ing fi rm dedicating to helping educators transi-tion from the concept of a Blended Model pro-gram to an evaluation of the program after its fi rst year. In addition, IES provides the support throughout the entire process to ensure the Blended Model program is a win for students, teachers, and administrators.

Lisa Gillis is a lifelong educator, reformer and ad-vocate who has held key positions from the local to national levels ranging from classroom teacher to virtual school administrator, charter school developer, board member and parent. She co-au-thored “Virtual Schooling: A Guide to Optimizing Your Child’s Education” (published by Macmillan in 2009), and co-wrote the 2009 and 2010 iNACOL “Keeping Pace” reports. As project lead of the Digi-tal Learning Council (co-chaired by Governor Bush of Florida and Governor Wise of West Virginia) Gillis worked with the nation’s top innovators to design the Digital Learning Now roadmap as the “constitution” for the digital revolution.
