• Irregully Formation (manganiferous siltstones, tuffaceous sandy siltstones, argillites and minor cherts)

• Kiangi Creek Formation (immature fine to coarse grained feldspathic arenites, gritty arenites, subordinate gravelly conglomerates, mature interbedded quartzites of density current origin, turbiditic siltstones)

• Jillewarra Formation (banded white siltstone, and cherty, carbonaceous, ferruginous or manganiferous argillites, representing alternate distal turbidite and hemipelagic deposition); and dark grey to black cherty argillite of the Discovery Chert

• Average grade of recorded production was 25g/t gold.

• Metal detector work in the past few years has identified several large nuggets

• Black Hills nuggets ranging from - 9 ½ oz, 7 ½ oz, 1 ½ oz and 1 oz

• Historical rock-chip and trench sampling have returned results as high as 20g/t and one at 3oz per ton.

• Target strike length of mineralization is approximately 30km

Mt. Phillips Project – Western Australia• The Mt. Phillips Prospect at Bassit Bore is located in the Gascoyne region

some 850km northeast of Perth, 500km north of Redhill’s Gullewa Gold Project and 10km south of Redhill’s Cobra Project.

• 300 hectares covered by a single Exploration license E09/1676

• Lies within Gascoyne Resources Limited’s Bassit Bore Gold project and immediately abuts Gascoyne Resources’ license E09/1088 where a 15km east west gold copper geochemistry anomaly trends onto the Property.

• Gascoyne Resources recently announced rock chip results from a quartz vein system from license E09/1751. Results returned values of up to 7.8g/t gold over a 350m strike length that trends northwest onto the Mt. Phillips Prospect.

• Sampling by Redhill along this trend has confirmed its prospectivity where two rock chips returned significant results;

• 36.97g/t gold and 2.54% copper

• 31.65g/t gold and 0.1% copper

• The Property lies over sheared granite that contains multiple quartz veins up to two metres in width.

• Initial sampling indicates that the veins contain gold and +/- copper minerals malachite and chalcocite.
