The Excellence Program of the CEO is a truly unique career opportunity. The program aims to attract extraordinary talents from leading business schools as well as high-potentials with appropriate work experience. Responsibility: The program consists of three individually selected international assignments, over a 24 months period and will be accompanied by individually conceived training seminars and development opportunities. Each project, lasting six to twelve months, comprises specific and real challenging tasks pertaining to a particular Siemens business unit. Finding appropriate solutions will be a very challenging task, requiring management expertise, individual know-how and a broad skill set. Each individual assignment will push your limits further and help you to consistently grow. “Chief Executive Opportunity“ The Excellence Program of the CEO

Education: The ideal candidate for the Excellence Program of the CEO will possess the following qualifications: • An excellent academic track record, including a relevant first degree in a

technological field of relevance supplemented by an additional outstanding academic qualification (e.g. MBA, PhD)

• Professional experience (> 3 years) in Siemens-related industries • Experience in disciplinary leadership of larger teams and handling of complex

projects • Demonstrated international experience, including living and/or working abroad

of at least twelve months duration • Outstanding analytical and communication skills accompanied by a convincing

entrepreneurial personality • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as team orientation • Mobility, great flexibility, energy and a sense of humor • Skill- and mindset to actively shape the future • Multilingual and at least fluent in English Additional Information: The program starting date is flexible and will be negotiated.
