Tips: ON ALL Stack / Slant Indy 2 & 5 Switch Alignment

2 Man – -1 Hash Split - Line up with front foot at 3 yds deep, Bubble push off front foot pushing lateral expecting bubble. If you get Bubble “Ride the Wave” pushing towards the sideline unless you see butt of 5 Man. Then get vertical.

5 Man- 3 Above #’s – Always expect the Bubble to be thrown. Drive off ball to Halo and then block the outside # of the CB – Be patient / Fit / Refit

9 Man – Play with Split – Block CB, stay square – Your man never makes the tackle,

Notes: All Indy’s start at 6 yards & walk up to 5 yards on cadence to hide backs depth

Look to sideline for bubble signal: If you receive bubble signal tell 4 man bubble

Trips IndyTips:

3 Man – Split Difference Between 5 & Tackle - Line up with front foot at 3 yds deep, Bubble push off front foot pushing lateral expecting bubble. Trust the 5 man If you get Bubble “Ride the Wave” pushing towards the sideline. If you do not get bubble early then get a little depth all the way to the #’s and stay 4 yards behind QB expect Bubble late

5 Man- On Hash – Block man over whether it is Sam or $, always expect Bubble to be thrown. Attack outside # of Adjuster and be patient expect him to expand, work Halo and then fit and refit – If Sam blitzes work up to Safety

2 Man- On #’s – Always expect the Bubble to be thrown. Drive off ball to Halo and then block the outside # of the CB – Be patient / Fit / Refit

9 Man- Play with Split – Block CB, stay square, your man never makes the tackle

Notes: Look to sideline for bubble or run it signal. If bubble tell 4 back “bubble/bubble”; If run it use indy footwork reading the DE. If pull attack inside # of pitch key.

Slant Rt Utah Indy Back

2 Man – W/ Utah Motion if back away carry out reverse. W/ No Utah 2 & 5 Switch and run bubble be ready for bubble immediately

5 Man- W Utah Motion, 5 yd split from Tackle. Block Adjuster. W/ No Utah Motion, 3 Above #’s, Always expect the Bubble to be thrown. Drive off ball to Halo and then block the outside # of the CB – Be patient / Fit / Refit

9 Man – Push crack the safety

Notes: All Indy’s start at 6 yards & walk up to 5 yards on cadence to hide backs depth

Footwork: Automatic give W/ Utah motion carry out the reverse and set up like L.R. W/ No Utah carry out fake past line of scrimmage. Short Jab Step, 2nd Step @ 45. Push for Width off Mesh

9 Man: 2 below the #’s split. If CB is playing inside then release Step to attack leverage then push vertical to 10 yards. Do NOT cut short! Break flat if CB is high and QB will hit you in window

2 Man:-1 Split from Hash – Push vertical for 3 good steps driving off ball then roll out aiming at 5 yard out of bounds

5 Man: 3 above #’s Split – Then Run same as 9 Man be ready for the ball out of Break

**Look to QB if he sees or thinks Cov. 2 he will check Washington**

Tips: 9 Man: On #’s split. Vs Soft Corner - Run a Post/Corner – release step and push vertical to 10 yards. Break Skinny though CB inside shoulder to get hips opened then 3 steps and break back to corner. Start aiming high but if CB is high then you need to bend it back to QB almost like a Comeback. VS Hard Corner attack CB inside release then push hard vertical to make Safety think deep and break to corner at 12 yards and give a hard stick. Aim high at 22 yds out of bounds and let the QB throw you back to grass.

2 Man:-1 Split from Hash – Push vertical for 12 yds and run a Deep post Across the Field vs Cov 2 if Backside Safety Expands chance to get post ball behind him

5 Man: 3 above #’s Split – Run Home Run Post if you are backside of Washington. Step on the CB toes and break skinny letting the QB throw you the ball to grass. Vs Cov 2 or Press Man convert to a 9 Route *EXPECT THE BALL EVERYTIME*

2 Man: 5 Above #’s Split. Run a HR 8 getting across the field to be in the QB’s vision deep down field in case of safety coming down or scramble.

5 Man: 5 yards from tackle split. Have inside foot back. Running a climb route. Want to get under the first backer over the second and across aiming at 12-15 yards deep. Get into QB vision and settle in the open window.

9 Man: Bottom of the #’s. Running a 20 yard Comeback. vs Cover 2 must outside release and keep up the Comeback. Push vertical and get out of route.

20 Charger Special

2 Man: -1 Inside the Hash Split – have inside foot up and give a quick jab step and come back aiming 3 yards from QB. Be between QB and 4 Back and he will soft toss it back to you attacking downfield.

5 Man: 3 Above the #’s split and block the CB.

9 Man: Cut split to about 6 yards from Tackle. Vs 1 High safety you block the adjuster who is down, Vs 2 High Safety push crack to the safety. Be Physical do not lose man by being out of control. Basketball screen if necessary just do not let him come off and make play.

QB:Depth 5 yards Use Indy footwork attack with width flat defender utilize soft toss to 2 man. Carry out option fake.

2 man (-1 split off hash) – On snap take quick jab step running reverse. After you get the pitch from 3 back, run 2 steps and soft toss the ball back to the QB. Continue to wheel up after you pitch the ball. (3rd Option)

5 man (5 yd split from tackle) – Come off the ball acting like you are going to block the safety. Show your hands and release up the seam.

9 man (On the #’s) – Come off like you are going to block the CB. Release outside down the #’s.

Tips: On Rosie regardless of formation we will always roll right. So #1 WR to the Right will run a 9 route, #2 WR to right will run a 10 yd speed out, #1 WR to the Left Run Post.

NOTE: If a left formation #1 WR running a Post, #2 WR will run a Middle Post 15 yd aiming point

Notes: Left back wheel up the numbers, right back seal edge. We will always roll right if the ball is snapped. We want to take shot if all possible. Don’t throw ball out of bounds. Tell line to “chill” after the ball is blown dead
