DESCRIPTION
PTP (attorney Scott Heaton) sends EPA (Aaron Setran) a letter describing an enclosed conveyance attempting to transfer the lease from Leon May of PTP to Leon May of PVHOA. The conveyance was recorded in Douglas County, but was not approved by or recorded by BIA. It is unclear whether he was an authorized agent of both at the same time.Letter dated 12/13/10.
