Background of the Event• The idea for Empy Bowls can to us through a business advisory board

member. • Then the class researched the history.



How we covered State Standards

• We align them to hospitality, sports, entertainment , travel and tourism marketing state standards.

• Then we crosswalk them the workplace standards.• Then we crosswalk them to academic state standards. • We use Project Based Learning always!!
