DNS-Profile: Process

• Create a profile of what modern DNS speaking implementations should be like. – http://www3.ietf.org/proceedings/08mar/slides/dnsext-4.ppt– http://tools.ietf.org/wg/dnsext/draft-ietf-dnsext-dns-protocol-profile/

• Please take a look, review, contribute – Text– Issues/experiences

• We will use the profile document to prioritize which DNS RFCs to update and advance.

• Goal is to have full document by Dublin and advance by the end of the year (2008).
