    A$ticle 1" DefinitionTae7on6Do competition is the course for comparing the techni/ues as taught #+Tae7on6Do founder8 encouraged #+0TF8 #e the+ Continental8 egional and "ational Federations.

    A$ticle " Modifications and Changes4.1 Those 7ho 7ish to modif+ or change an+ part of the Tournament ules should for7ard their

    7ritten proposals of modification or changes of therele-ant Tournament ules to the 0TF9( at least ! months #efore the 0TF Congress.

    4.2 0TF ?ecuti-e Committee 7ill stud+ the proposed modifications or changes. 0f the+ find

    them to #e reasona#le8 the+ 7ill propose them to the 0TF Congress for appro-al.

    4.3 ntil an+ modification or changes of the Tournament ules has #een decided8 all Compe6

    titions shall #e conducted according to the original 0TF Tournament ules.

    SE)TION 2" TOURNAMENT OR#ANI?IN# )OMMITTEE *T"O")+

    A$ticle 5" Tournament rgani=ing Committee should #e formed in the Champion6ship6hosting countr+ at least 12 months #efore the Championship.

    A$ticle 4" The T..C. shall #e formed 7ith the necessar+ num#ers of officials inconformit+ 7ith the actual situation of the hosting countr+.

    A$ticle " Authorit+ and Duties of T..C.

    $.1 The T..C. shall send their draft in-itation and information for the Championship to the

    0TF 9( for its appro-al at least 12 months #efore the Championship and distri#ute to all 0TF

    $.11 The T..C. shall consultall issues arising from the Championship 7ith the 0TF Tournament

    competition.

    1%.1.1.2 The competitormust 7ear a mouth guard.

    1%.1.1.3 The male competitor must 7ear a groin guard inside his do#o trousers.

    materials of an+ ind that ma+ pro-ide an ad-antage to the 7earer and>or a disad-antage to

    the 7earers opponent. The in:ured competitor must #e certified #+ the official Tournament
