245mm 4T45E, 4T65E, 4L65E, 5L40/50E• No significant design changes • 245mm replaced by 258mm in Inline 4 engine (midsize truck – Colorado/Canyon)

258mm 4T65E, 4L60E, 5L40E, 5L50E• L-5 continues with 258mm

265mm 4T80E• All Viscous units replaced with ECCC

280, 300mm 4L65E• 280mm to end production in 2007, replaced with 258mm in L-6 applications

310mm 4L85E • Continues, to be replaced 6L90E / 300mm

Note: Dex VI added to all products in May 2005- 4 speed products can use Dex III, VI or a mixture- 6 speed products only use Dex VI

introduce its patented EC3 torque converter material with applied plates to the aftermarket

• Program– Focused for sale to torque converter remanufacturers– Approx 8 p/ns to cover 300mm, 245mm, 258mm and 265mm GM

applications– Packaged in unit quantities, then to follow with bulk packs if required in

the market
