Over the years, the name of Otis T. Carrcomes up with regard to a flying machinehe was said to have built and tested aswell as a power source which he dubbedthe U-tron. Scant details are available asseems to always be the case with suchreports. However, in Carrs’ case, he didreceive a US Patent 2,912,244 for an‘Amusement Device.’ On reading thepatent and examining the diagrams itseems to be a Trojan Horse method ofrecording his discovery.

Otis became acquainted with the reclu-sive Nikola Tesla at the hotel where heresided. Tesla loved to feed the pigeonsin New Yorks’ Central Park. One dayTesla instructed Otis, then studying artand working in the hotel, to buy two ki-los of unsalted peanuts as pigeon foodfor him. Over a period of three years, af-

ter each delivery of peanuts, Otis had theopportunity to converse with Tesla on hisvarious discoveries. From that knowl-edge, his own insights, and the aid of hissmall team, Carr, built a number of fly-ing disks, which worked.... prior to theirexperimentation being forcibly termi-nated by government agents.

The principle of operation stated by Carrwas that “any vehicle accelerated towardsan axis compared to its inertial mass ofattraction becomes immediately activatedby the energy of space and acts like anindependent force.”

Ralph Ring is a brilliant innovative tech-nician who as a young man in the late1950s and early 1960s worked closelywith Otis T. Carr.

Careful analysis of the mathematics inthe earth-moon system, in conjunctionwith other pronouncements deliveredby Tesla over the years strongly sug-gest that Tesla supported the belief thatenergy is an artificial construct inventedby physicists, while power, which is ac-tually real, proves to be relativistic. Thismeans that a one horse power motor cando the same work as a two horse powermotor, and in the same amount of time,provided that it is situated in the properreference frame relative to the workwhich is to be done. Imagine the impli-cations of this statement. It is no won-der that the scientific community be-lieved that Tesla had gone mad; every-one knows that energy must be con-served at all costs. Right?

New energy systems can be based aroundthe principles of expansion and air com-pression. Both of the principles deal withcreating heat and heat loss. The PVTE isbased on the use of these known prin-ciples as extremely hot and cold tempera-tures come together to create kinetic en-ergy. The implosion motor and thepyromagnetic compressor uses these tem-perature differentials as the manipulatorto create useful work.

Pyromagnetics (pioneered by Tesla) issometimes called thermomagnetics. It isthe changing of the magnetic propertiesof the material with temperature varia-tions. Thermal differences Generated bythe centrifugal acceleration of air, and aircompression will provide the energy toestablish pyromagnetic oscillations oflarge copper plates. These oscillatingplates might then be used to compress airin the implosion side and thepyromagnetic side as well. An Application of Tesla Technology

With the current RFID technology thetransfer of energy takes place on a chipcard by means of longitudinal wavecomponents in close range of thetransmitting antenna. Those are scalarwaves, which spread towards theelectrical or the magnetic field pointer.

In the wave equation with reference tothe Maxwell field equations, these wavecomponents are set to zero, while onlypostulated model computations exist,after which the range is limited to the sixthpart of the wavelength.

A goal of this presentation is to create, byconsideration of the scalar wavecomponents in the wave equation, thephysical conditions for the developmentof scalar wave transponders that are

operable beyond the close range. Shape Power, the Joe Cell, andthe Flame of Eternal Youth

Shape converts the universal aether, thespace energy, into other forces such aselectrostatic, gravitic, and magnetism.This occurs from the subatomic realm onup the scale of size to the galaxy and be-yond. This has been discussed in my bookShape Power. This dissertation goes intothe subatomic particles, the electron andproton as shape power forms, their shapeeffects, and how the forces associatedwith them get created in the aether. Theelectron and proton shapes are torroidalrings in the aether. When extended intocylinders on a macro level are also shapepower forms that draw in and concentratethe aether in the same manner.

If an aether collector is provided in thecenter of the cylinder the aether can beconcentrated even further. The cylindri-cal Joe Cell design is such an aethercollector. Detailed analysis of the Joe Cellleads to the question - How can such adevice produce a combustible “gas” fromthe water when the water is not depletedfrom the Joe Cell cylinder? Furthermore,How can the Joe Cell produce some forcethat allows an internal combustion engine

to function when the“gas” is not even inputinto the airstream ofthe engine. There aremany anomalous aspects to the Joe Cellwhich have never been answered.

Another shape power device closely re-lated to the Joe Cell collects ORMEs fromthe air. ORME is an acronym inventedby David Hudson, who is credited withrediscovering the ancient Philosopher’sStone, the fabled alchemical powder thatwould rejuvenate the body, illumine themind, and transmute base metals into goldor other precious metals. ORME standsfor Orbitally Rearranged Mono-atomicElement. ORMEs are mono-atomic ver-sions of elements in the transition seriesof the periodic table. This paper will de-lineate the marvelous discovery of theORMEs and why they exist in manyplaces in our world and how an absurdlysimple shape power device can collectORMEs and be used in agriculture andas a health adjunct to increase health andwell-being. The author is living proof thatthis device does some wonderful magic.

Numerous inventions claim anomalous,energetic phenomena from water. Someinventions use standard electrolysis toproduce hydrogen to catalyze a more ef-ficient gasoline/diesel combustion.Electrolysis efficiency is improved byusing pulsed electrical excitations tunedto resonance of the water molecule’s hy-drogen-oxygen bond. There are inventions that use vortex mo-tion of water to produce energeticanomalies. Schauberger induced preces-sion and imploding vortex motion inwater that exhibited a bluish glow at thetip of the vortex. Paul Pantone hasclaimed to observe similar glow withinhis dual manifold vortex system. Com-bining high voltage stimulation to thewater vortex could induce macroscopicvorticity in the surrounding ZPE field.Such energized water may be readily dis-sociated by resonant pulsed electrolysis.

Stubblefield claimed he could send mes-sages through the air without wires. OnJanuary 1, 1902 Stubblefield and his sonBernard had set up two boxes ~200 ftapart that were not connected in any vis-ible way. Each box was about two feetsquare and contained a telephone, throughwhich Stubblefield and his son talked asif they were standing next to each other,their voices being perfectly audible to thecrowds gathered around each box! Stub-blefield also developed a battery to powerthis system and a motor,

Nikola Tesla performed double groundexperiments with impulses as early as1892, reporting these in lectures and pat-enting some embodiments in 1901. Notone of these later systems ever achievedthe same results of clarity, tone, and vol-ume of Stubblefield ground telephony.Tesla apparently never discovered the truepowerpoints which powered Stubble-field’s device. It is obvious that cold fusion is not simi-lar to thermonuclear hot fusion processes.An appreciable number of available doc-uments reports on different methods bywhich nuclear reaction is produced andcontrolled at low temperature. Reproducibility of cold fusion reactionshas been hardly obtained, and no researchgroup has fully resolved the problemsassociated with the special preparation ofthe metal electrode, the loading of heavywater and the turning on of excess heat.

This paper highlights the research on thenanostructured palladium hydride systemoutlining the kinetic behaviour of hydro-gen and deuterium diffusing into the poresof the nanostructure. To our understand-ing, this kinetic aspect is believed to bethe key issue to achieve nuclear reactionswithin metals of any choice.

This presentation defines “inertial pro-pulsion” as propulsion without a pro-pellant or without reacting against anymass or field in the classical four-di-mension space-time continuum. How-ever, this does not preclude a reactionagainst a mass or field in another di-mension.

A spinning precessing rotor (such as aspinning disk with an axle supported atone end on a pivot point) is known to

have less inertia or angular momentumin the instantaneous direction of its pre-cession than the amount calculated forthe same non-spinning rotor followingthe same path with the same angularvelocity. Just how much less inertia isa function of a rotor’s design and is notknown precisely at this time - the juryis still out on that issue. However, somepreliminary measurements by the au-thor have measured inertia during pre-cession at approximately 30 % of itscalculated value for a simple rotor withmost of its mass in its rim. The higherthe “quality” of a rotor, the lower willbe its inertia during precession. Thehighest quality rotor would have essen-tially all of its mass in a very thin rim atits outer periphery.
