Radio removal

Front Speakers

Rear Speakers

1. Using a panel removal tool remove the dash panel surrounding the radio. Disconnect and remove.2. Extract (4) PHS securing the radio to the dash. Disconnect and remove.

Radio

Recommended: Disconnect negative battery cable

1. Remove side mirror trim panel.2. Using a small flat head screw driver pry out the screw cover in the door release handle trim panel. Extract (2) PHS from behind the cover. Remove trim panel.3. Remove (1) panel fastener from the top front of the door panel.4. Using a PRT remove the top of the arm rest. Extract (2) PHS from inside the arm rest.5. Using a hook tool remove (1) screw cover from the top rear of the door panel. Extract (1) PHS from behind the cover.6. Using a hook tool remove (1) screw cover from the bottom rear of the door panel. Extract (1) PHS from behind the screw cover.7. Using a PRT remove the door panel. Disconnect and remove.8. Extract (3) PHS securing the speaker to the door steel. Disconnect and remove.

Rear Deck1. Remove lower rear seat.2. Extract (2) ½" bolts- one on each side of the rear seat securing each rear seat side bolsters. Remove each side bolster.3. Using a hook tool remove (6) panel fasteners from the lower portion of the rear deck.4. Using a hook tool remove both rear seats locking mechanism covers.5. Using a PRT remove (4) panel fasteners from the rear deck below the (6) fasteners that you had removed earlier.6. Using a small hook tool remove each "SRS AIRBAG" screw covers. One on each "C" pillar. Extract (1) 10mm bolt from behind each cover. Remove each "C" pillar.7. Remove the rear deck by prying upwards then pulling out towards you.8. Extract (3) PHS securing the speaker to the rear deck. Disconnect and remove.
